It was a pleasant experience throughout the renovation process, from planning to handover. Zahra and team, were very responsive to our queries; something that my wife and I found very reassuring, as new home owners. It was evident through our interaction with Zahra and team that customer satifaction was an aspect that they did not compromise. Although there were some hiccups, albeit not so major, Zahra was proactive in her follow ups and updated us in a timely manner, which we really appreciate. As much as Zahra wants to make our renovation idea come true, she also stepped in to advice and gave us second opinion on matters such as choosing the right colour combination for our carpentry works. Quality of worksmanship provided by Mr Carpenter's team are commendable. There will definitely be minor defects inherent in any renovation projects, but upon being pointed out by my wife and I, these defects were looked into and rectified immediately. No part of the renovation was delayed and went on as per schedule which shows an efficient, and well organised team. Overall, it was a positive experience with the Mr Carpenter team.
