07 Jan 2026, 8PM +- : Came with 2 foreign technicians. Their behavior was highly suspicious; it appeared they were trying to mislead me, with their main aim seemingly being to acquire more money. They seemed to be trying everything to scam for additional charges without solving the issue completely.

Made a reservation in advance with some light issues. The visit got cancelled at the time that they were supposed to arrive, fine, we reschedule to next day. Yet again, failed to show up, upon calling then they say they cannot make it today. Poor service, I’d advise avoiding this service. If cancelled in advance, fine but the fact I need to call, had people at home waiting to receive just felt like a gut punch.

Unprofessional, quoted sky high prices and couldn’t even do a proper job. The power point was not working after the guys replaced powerpoint. Had to get another company to fix their mistakes and spent another sum of money. Definitely DO NOT recommend.
