A good quality/workmanship vanity mirror installed in bathrooms will not decolorize in less than 3 years. If the product you manufactured and installed in bathrooms cannot even withstand moisture for 3 years, it is either the materials you used are very low grade or your workmanship is defective (because the edges of your mirrors/cabinets are not sealed properly hence moisture seeped in the edges/lamination over time). Notwithstanding I show your outsourced subcontractor (you reluctantly and eventually sent) that my 2 bathrooms are well ventilated with windows always opened, you (not presence) still insisted that my bathrooms are the cause. Moisture is inherent in all bathrooms, and 3 year is not 'a prolonged period', hence I believe all could judge on your product quality/workmanship. I refuse to pay you again for the replacement because this is a matter of principle. This is not an honorable way to conduct business. The entire project/contract is more than 30k, but this is the end result (product and service received). I standby my rating of zero star.
