I was 5 years postpartum with DR and a stretched tummy. I paid close to $5,000 after being convinced that their treatment could help close my DR gap and improve my skin texture. I decided to try because I wanted a non-surgical solution and was willing to do anything that didn’t involve surgery. Throughout my treatment, my therapist was changed multiple times, and each had different techniques, which felt inconsistent. When about three-quarters of my package was completed, I was measured and it was clear that there was no improvement. Towards the end, they stopped taking measurements altogether, as I was understandably unhappy about spending $5,000 with no results. Instead, they blamed the lack of progress on my inability to tolerate higher EMSculpt levels. However, I was never properly informed that higher levels were necessary to close the gap, nor were any adjustments made to improve my results. They pushed me into buying bigger packages to “see results,” but even at the end, they did not show me proper before-and-after photos, likely because the improvement was minimal. I would have appreciated honesty if 5 years postpartum was already too late for this treatment to be effective. Instead, I was repeatedly assured that it would still work for me, which feels misleading in hindsight. For me, this was a complete waste of money.

lousiest service ever had, gotten a complimentary package and booked 6 months ago, they adjust my schedule to later timing one day before and called me on the appointment day tell me therapist is not in and ask me cancel my appointment, such a waste of my time! If your company are reluctant to provide free services then dont even offer this!
