I had engaged their painting services back in 2013 and had very bad experiences with them. One of the male consultant, if i didn't remember wrongly, was one of the partner of the company who came to my unit for quotation. Customer orientation and satisfaction aren't the concern of the company. Poor on site orientation without professional consultation. Another lady came down and suggest a better colour tone for my house in consideration of lighting on the day of painting itself. Bad quotation and sudden addition of jobs. Shifting back of furnitures on my own. Covering of furnitures by myself. Uneven painting along the door frame and lightings and I had to repaint myself to even them out. Invoice was not issued timely and with ambiguous item added and no clear explanation. There was additional of $100 stated in the invoice without any clear indication what was it for. The after sale service was bad. Despite having a one year warranty for painting work, they didn't honour their words to patch faded or crack paint. Tried to email them and hear nothing from them till today. Hence, for those who are looking for painting work, I personally suggest you to look for professional painters from official paint distributor such as Nippon. IMHO, I have absolute bad experiences with them. Not worth the money with unprofessional paintwork and bad after sale service.
