Families planning a wedding typically begin by contacting Musicaltouch Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm date availability and discuss the scope of services required. Given that popular Saturdays in the March–April and October–November wedding seasons book out months in advance, early contact is advisable — six to twelve months ahead is the norm for in-demand wedding vendors. Once the scope is agreed, a deposit of typically 30–50% is collected on signing to secure the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Couples should confirm deliverables, coverage duration, any travel charges for non-central venues, and the rescheduling or cancellation policy in writing before paying.
To take the next step, reach out to Musicaltouch Singapore directly via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your event date, venue, and a brief description of what you need — confirming availability early gives you the best chance of securing your preferred date.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Musical Touch hardly needs any introduction, and having them perform at our wedding was truly a privilege!! Huge thanks to our singers Jeremy and Jing En, and pianist Alvin, whose beautiful music brought so much life and emotion to our day. Their professionalism and passion were truly felt in every moment. The team was incredibly accommodating with song requests and took time to read out dedications from our guests! We never once regretted investing a little more for the quality and atmosphere they delivered. Absolutely worth!!
Jolie and I engaged Musical Touch’s pop string quartet for our wedding on 29 Nov 2025 at Sofitel Sentosa. Greatest decision we have ever made! Julian was very helpful in explaining the service process to us. The musical director, Eva, was with us from the song planning stage, and accommodated us on our requests to add songs not included in the repertoire such as the recent hit song “Golden by HUNTR/X”. Huge shoutout to the pop string quartet - Selwyn, Jaz, Zhon and Kit! We loved how they played our first march in song - I see the Light from Tangled and last march in song - Can’t Help Falling in Love with You by Elvis Presley. Every moment when they played their pieces was absolutely magical. Their performance throughout our wedding elevated the ambience, our families and dear guests loved them and even sang along. My dad especially was in tears during their performance as he was so touched by their playing. Our guests were still singing praises to us the next day after our wedding. If you’re looking for a personalised, unique and magical experience during your wedding, greatly consider Musical Touch’s pop string quartet, they were nothing short of extraordinary ❤️
We always wanted a live band for our wedding, and we have been longtime fans of Ben Hum and Felicia. The entire process — from planning the band size to programme flow and curating the song list — was so personal and efficient. We especially loved how they brought such great energy to the celebration and made the whole wedding so fun. Everything flowed smoothly and we felt like guests at our own wedding. Thank you Ben, Felicia, Jerry and the tech team for the amazing music and good vibes. We can’t wait to host more parties in the future just so we can engage Musical Touch once again.
We engaged Musical Touch for our wedding and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made! The live music added so much warmth and energy and many of our guests, including the older folks, couldn’t stop complimenting the live performance. Special shout-out to Ben and Zerlene. Both of you were absolutely amazing. The two of them had great chemistry on stage and their performance really elevated the entire atmosphere and made the night feel extra special. Thank you Musical Touch for being so professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended to any couples looking to add that extra musical touch to their wedding!
We are truly grateful to the Musical Touch live band for making our wedding day so special and unforgettable. The music created beautiful, warm ambience that touched our hearts and brought so much joy to everyone. A heartfelt thank you to Chris for the soulful singing and stunning performance, and to Amanda for her beautiful voice and for being an amazing bilingual emcee who connected so naturally with our guests and lifted the entire atmosphere. Seeing our family and friends singing along, smiling, and fully enjoying the moment meant everything to us. The love, passion, and energy the Musical Touch team brought made our wedding even more meaningful. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you and truly appreciated! Highly recommended 👍

Musicaltouch Singapore uses a package pricing model, which is standard for wedding services in Singapore. Typical market reference points for wedding-related services: full-day photography packages run S$2,500–6,000+, full-day videography S$3,000–8,000+, and full event planning (excluding venue and catering) S$5,000–25,000+. Live band or musician packages for a wedding reception typically sit at S$1,500–5,000+ depending on the number of performers and set duration. Itemise the quote carefully before signing: deposit required on signing (typically 30–50%), balance due date, number of hours or sets covered, travel charges for venues outside the central region, and GST where applicable. Ask what happens if the event runs over time. See the full Wedding Services cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding services, six to twelve months ahead is the standard lead time for popular vendors, particularly for Saturday bookings in Singapore's peak wedding months — March, April, October, and November. Musicaltouch Singapore's high volume of reviews suggests consistent demand, so earlier is safer. Once you have a venue and a confirmed date, contact via WhatsApp or the enquiry form to check availability. A deposit on signing is what formally holds the date — verbal confirmation alone does not. If your date is within three months, it is still worth enquiring, as cancellations do arise. Confirm whether the date is exclusively held once the deposit is paid, and ask about the wet-weather or contingency plan if any portion of the event is outdoors.
The Singapore wedding industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the event date, with the balance collected one to two weeks before the event. The deposit typically covers the date hold and any pre-event planning or preparation hours. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date — confirm this in writing. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy if a force-majeure event, public-health restriction, or venue change requires a date shift, and whether the balance schedule changes accordingly. Musicaltouch Singapore does not currently list ACRA registration on KakiList, so request a written contract that names the business entity, outlines all deliverables, and states the deposit and balance terms clearly before making any payment. Public liability insurance is worth confirming, particularly if the service involves equipment setup at a venue that requires a certificate of coverage.
If Musicaltouch Singapore isn't the right fit, these are other wedding services providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
