When I first consulted Dr. Ng Yuk Hui in 2023, I'd shared with him my predicament and he'd helped me to expedite the procedure (slotted it in during his lunch break) so that I can have it done on the same day. Grateful for that. 🙏🏻 Dr. Ng answered my long list of pre-surgery questions patiently and in-detail, especially on the procedure; making me feel assured. On top of being an excellent surgeon, he has always been caring, attentive, and detailed during the consultation. The clinic staffs are all very helpful and nice. I would like to do a special shout out to Noree, who is always helpful and caring! Thank you for assisting with the WhatsApp calls with Dr. Ng when I was overseas. Really appreciate that. 🙏🏻 Dr. Ng and his team has provided me excellent service, and I would highly recommend Dr. Ng Yuk Hui should you need to consult a Doctor/Surgeon related to ENT.

Was recommended to see Dr Ng Yuk Hui three years ago. From consultation, surgery, post surgery follow up, Dr Ng is not only an excellent surgeon but also a very caring & passionate doctor. I came in on 01 April with a constant blocked nose, and through the expert care of Dr Ng Yak Hui and Nurse Noree they were able to solve my woes swiftly. Dr Ng and Noree exhibited true professionalism and patience, and was I felt genuinely cared for during my recovery process. Dr Ng explained carefully what issues were causing my nose to be blocked and what procedures were required. Whenever I had questions post visit, Noree would address them promptly and I truly felt at ease and assured that I was in good hands. For anyone facing any sinus and/or blocked nose disrupting your sleep and QoL - I wholeheartedly recommend getting a diagnosis here. The staff work ethics and care rendered has been exceptional and going through this treatment has been a lifechanger.

The hearing facility is not so good. Did many hearing tests in other clinics and hospitals but first time seeing the staff is sitting together with patient inside the room during test. Usually patient is alone inside the test room and all sound can be avoided during test. There will be disturbance of key pad pressingsound, sometimes people talking and kids sound outside can be heard in the test room. Not sure for others, but personally I felt disturbing during test and cannot focus

Been through two surgeries with Dr Ng and will not hesitate to come back to him for any of my sinus related issues. Dr Ng is reassuring, detailed, and always explains the procedures thoroughly. Post-surgery follow up was also great and the clinic staff are also all very friendly and caring. Would recommend for any ENT related problems!
