My corgi has been with Mutts and Mitten for almost two years now. We send him to daycare about once every two weeks, where he gets to swim, take part in activities, and enjoy playtime with other dogs. I appreciate that the team keeps us informed if they notice any issues after his swim (while drying them), and that there are always multiple staff members supervising the dogs when they are together.(bonus they can send your dog to the groomers located in their premises) They are also very thorough with their vetting process for example, they do not mix daycare dogs with boarding dogs, which gives me peace of mind. The team is generally responsive and attentive whenever we have questions or concerns. I also find their pricing reasonable compared to other daycare options. That said, I think there is room for improvement. It would be nice to receive more one-to-one photos of my dog during daycare(socialising portion). Additionally, allowing card payments for boarding would make it more convenient to purchase packages an auto-renewal option would be especially helpful, instead of having to use PayNow/ bank transfer each time. I also chose Mutts and Mitten (Kovan) because it is within walking distance from my home, which makes drop-offs and pick-ups very convenient. (My dog often try to pull me towards the direction of the day care during walks HAHAHA) I also board my corgi with them occasionally. It’s reassuring to be able to check in on him via the 24/7 CCTV, and the boarding areas are cleaned daily. Overall, it has been a good experience with Mutts and Mitten. ps. Hope future photos are clear 😅

We first came to know of Mutts & Mittens Active in our search for a reliable and reputable boarding place for our furkid. Then we got to know MMA offers daycare as well where we can utilize the daycare sessions concurrently to let him have an enjoyable stay with fun-filled activities. From the first boarding and daycare, the experience was great and we became a regular. Besides 24/7 CCTV, there are always prompt updates of our furkid's activities and well-being. The staff always took great care of him when he had tummy upset. They also understand his temperament / socialization pattern very well and make accommodations accordingly, including suitable room and activities for him which we sincerely appreciate their kind understanding. Most importantly we can see that our furkid really loves going to MMA and likes all the staff there. Highly recommended for both their boarding and daycare services. My go to for doggy daycare - Luka’s been with Mutts & Mittens for close to 2 years! Love that he gets a good swim, work his senses with mat sniffing (definitely his favourite activity) and socialization all in a day. Very attentive and caring staff that have been flagging out any potential skin concerns I might have missed during his bath. Always a happy healthy dog when he gets home!

Every hooman at Mutts and Mittens Active (Kovan) is great, they try to understand my dog Jonahs who is quite shy and work with him to draw the best out of him. After a few months Jonahs looks forward to his daycare sessions especially the morning swims with his hooman guide, as well as the shower and brushing after that! Though shy by nature, Jonahs just enjoys watching his furfriends play tag around him. When Jonahs comes home, I can see that he’s had a wonderful day at daycare !
