I sought help from this clinic for my allergic nose. I did a blood test to find my allergen. Afterwards, Dr Lau advised me to use nose sprays to control my allergy. I am also currently undergoing immunotherapy. Throughout the entire process (~ 1 year), Dr Lau has been patient and professional. He presented different treatment and prevention methods to me in a factual way and is always patient in answering my questions. He also helped me with my insurance claim by writing me a detailed memo to explain my condition. The nurses in the clinic are also very nice. When i whatsapp the clinic, I always receive a prompt reply.
