It was such a wonderful experience for my mother here who was worried about her eye issue. Dr Yong was so kind and helpful to her, and clear in her explanations. Dr Loh was also kind in helping with arrangements for my mom. Overall a fantastic experience and would recommend this clinic to anyone needing eye doctor and treatment.

I saw Dr Jay Siak on 23 Feb 2024 for my eye floaters and I had a really pleasant experience at the clinic. I have always had a phobia of other people touching my eyes and I was afraid of even the air puff used to measure the eye pressure. Thankfully, the staff was really nice and patient with me. They explained the process prior to assessing me so that I would know what to expect and not be so afraid. At the consult room, Dr Jay was really detailed yet efficient in his examination of my eyes. I did not experience much discomfort even though he needed to shine bright lights into my eyes during the examination. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain the results of my imaging and even had presentations prepared to help me better understand my condition (it is quite a common condition.) I can also sense that he genuinely cares for his patients and would go the extra mile to help us. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends :)

I saw Dr Yong Kailing for my swollen and red upper eyelid, she very kindly squeezed me in last minute despite a very busy clinic. Dr Yong is a very kind doctor who has excellent bedside manner. She is very gentle when doing procedures and I did not experience any pain or discomfort throughout the consultation. I highly recommend Dr Yong to address any concerns with regard to eyelid conditions!

I developed sudden worsening of floaters with persistent flashes of light and I was really concerned that I might lose my vision. I saw Dr Jay Siak at the recommendation of a relative. I was quite anxious as it was my first time getting my eyes examined. However, he was able to calm me down. He was really thorough in his examination of my eyes and I did not experience much discomfort. He then explained my eye reports in simple terms so that I can understand. He was able to reassure me and put my mind at ease. I feel that he is a trustworthy doctor and would highly recommend!

I saw Dr Jay Siak Kuen at Parkway East Hospital on 19-Nov-24 at as I broke a glass and a fragment flew into my eye. Dr Jay was patient, and did a very thorough examination for me. He also took the time to explain each step of the procedure before doing so. Thankfully, he didn't find any more glass shards but prescribed anti-bacterial eyedrops to apply over the next few days as a precautionary measure. I felt at ease under Dr Jay's care and was happy to report that there were no issues thereafter (other than some redness in my eyes which only lasted 2-3 days).
