About My Family Clinic Pioneer Mall
My Family Clinic Pioneer Mall is a general practice clinic located at 638 Jurong West Street 61, #02-09, within Pioneer Mall in Jurong West. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channel. The clinic holds a 2.3/5 rating across 68 Google reviews — a moderate sample size, though the rating is notably below the typical range for GP clinics in Singapore and warrants attention before booking. No ACRA registration or regulatory licences have been provided to KakiList at this time.
For a first visit, patients typically walk in or call ahead to check queue times, as GP clinics generally do not require appointments for acute complaints. At the consultation, the doctor will assess the presenting condition, arrange any necessary investigations such as blood panels, swabs, or urine tests, issue prescriptions, and advise on follow-up. For chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or high cholesterol, patients enrolled in the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) can use MediSave up to S$700 per year for outpatient treatment and medication. Subsidised residents may also access CHAS and Healthier SG benefits at enrolled clinics — confirm directly whether this clinic participates in either scheme before visiting.
To check waiting times or confirm CHAS and Healthier SG enrolment status, contact the clinic directly by phone or through the enquiry form before your visit.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Dr Yeo is really nice and friendly. He attended to me patiently and also give me good advices. Unfortunately, all the reviews regarding the front staffs are TRUE. The malay lady is really nice to me but I am not sure why the chinese lady was using condescending tone on me? All I did was show her that my Paylah & Bank had a hard time recognising the qr code, and her response was “Don’t show me. You just have to pay”. BRO. I’m trying to show you that I need you to reset the qr code one more time. I was already having a high fever and severe sore throat, you were lucky that I don’t have that kind of energy to talk back to you. Not to mention, I asked for a mask and her response was “Why you never take from home?” and I even apologised and said I ran out of masks. This one is still acceptable, i guess….but please remove the poster saying “Please ask staff for a mask if needed” zzz She passed me both vendor’s copy & customer’s copy of receipt from the nets terminal and expected me to tear it but I just left LOL so she had to ended up calling me again to see whether the transaction was successful which is hilarious….She even threw my medicines on the counter top to “explain” the medications. 🥴 If you don’t want to work, simply don’t. There’s an app for the clinic to make your job easier especially when there’s a crowd so I don’t know why such attitude still exists. But there was ZERO crowd when I was there so I don’t know why you’re being cranky LOL. I’m 24, and the staff is already THIS rude to me, can you imagine the lack of respect she has for other elderly patients???? This is my name: Nursephia, if the front staff actually cared and read everyone’s reviews here. This is my first & last time coming to this clinic.
My mum went for her jab, we are new in the area so this is the 2nd time she went to this particular clinic. Sadly both visit she didn't have a pleasant experience because of the receptionist on duty. She's very rude and condescending. No smile no issue but the way she treat my mum is as if my mum owe her money. Please look into this and have her replaced. The doctor was very nice but sadly the staffs were very rude. Will never return to this clinic.
Dr Yeo was kind and attentive, but the staff were not friendly or approachable not even wearing their name tag The registration, waiting and medicine process took much longer than expected even in lull period. It is not well managed. It’s disappointing because the doctor provided good care, but the overall service from the staff needs improvement.
Dr Yeo is good but is the staff nurse rude. Today my 60+plus father went to see Dr Yeo but he does not know how to use app to take q no. Despite him being 1st to reach the clinic but 9.30am then was being seen. I think this is so inflexible as majority of the GP clinic still not using app for booking of appt and have to understand esp eldery who are not tech savvy. After seeing Dr Yeo, the staff nurse was pissed off when my father told her off about him does not how to use app to take q no. and the staff nurse did not explain to my father on how to take the medication. My poor father have to wait till i end work and go home to explain to him on how and when to take the medication. Strongly encourage Dr Yeo and clinic to look into this matter.
Went to this GP for cervarix injection. First appointment was rather prompt and I was contacted for an appointment after submitting an online request. The subsequent appointments have to be made via the app. However, there were technical issues (2 times) and I can't get a queue number. I called up the clinic, thankfully I was able to get a number before tuning up in the evening. The wait was rather long though it seems like not much patients in the evening. Appreciate the clinic staff for assisting in scheduling my appointment and queue numbers. Appreciate dr's advise on managing of the swell.

GP consultations in Singapore typically run S$25–60 at private clinics, with follow-up visits generally lower than first consultations. Investigations billed on top of the consultation include blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests, swabs, and X-rays (S$80–150). Prescriptions are charged separately based on the medication dispensed. GST applies on private medical services. For patients on CHAS (Community Health Assist Scheme) or enrolled in Healthier SG, subsidised rates apply — confirm directly whether My Family Clinic Pioneer Mall participates in either scheme before attending. MediSave can be used for outpatient CDMP-listed chronic conditions up to S$700 per year. Any planned procedure or specialist referral should come with a written cost estimate splitting out-of-pocket, MediSave, and insurance portions. No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration has been supplied to KakiList for this listing. Both are mandatory for any legitimate clinic operating in Singapore — the MOH Healthcare Services Licence is verifiable on the MOH licensee directory, and each practising doctor must appear on the SMC public register at smc.gov.sg, which also shows specialist accreditation and any disciplinary history. Before attending, search the clinic address on the MOH licensee directory and search the consulting doctor's name on the SMC register to confirm both are in order. The absence of these details in this listing does not necessarily mean the clinic is unlicensed, but it does mean you should verify independently before booking. Listing data is incomplete — contact My Family Clinic Pioneer Mall directly to confirm details.
MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment of CDMP-listed chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, stroke, asthma, COPD, selected mental health conditions, and others) up to S$700 per year at enrolled clinics. Confirm directly whether My Family Clinic Pioneer Mall is a CDMP-enrolled clinic before your visit, as MediSave claims cannot be processed retrospectively at non-enrolled providers. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient and day-surgery costs rather than GP outpatient visits, though some riders extend to outpatient specialist consultations. Standard GP visits are typically paid out of pocket. For any planned procedure or referral, request a written financial counselling estimate that clearly separates insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket cost before proceeding — this is the most reliable way to avoid an unexpected bill.
