For routine consultations, bring your NRIC or identification, a list of current medications, and any relevant referral letters if you are following up on a specialist episode. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan or wish to use MediSave for a chronic condition under the Chronic Disease Management Programme, confirm eligibility at the front desk before the consultation so that claims can be processed correctly. Today my daughter had went to the doctors and for our first time it was an amazing experience. We waited for the clinic to open and it was on time 5pm sharp. The workers there were kind and fun to talk with, Dr Tan Meijun the doctor which we went to was super reassuring. We felt more comfortable with her as she can speak English and Chinese. I loved this experience and would come back.
Norm Dr was away & every day different Locum doctor. the Clinic Asst with glasses is sweet , yet the new staff or the antique Indian lady gossips behind the counter about patient‘s informations. This is infringing patients’ PDPA . As of October 1, 2022, organizations in Singapore breaching the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) face significant fines: up to 10% of their annual turnover in Singapore (for organizations with >S$10 million turnover) or S$1 million, whichever is higher. The Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) enforces these penalties to ensure robust data protection, with fines often applied to breaches of data protection, transfer, and do-not-call obligations. Individual Penalties: Individuals, such as employees, can face fines of up to S$200,000 or imprisonment for up to 3 years, or both, for serious offences. Watch out.
I had the pleasure of visiting this clinic since I recently move nearby, and I’m truly impressed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the efficiency of the clinic stood out. The receptionist, a kind Chinese lady with glasses (didn’t get her name), greeted me warmly and was so soft-spoken, which made me feel immediately at ease. At the end, She’ll explained everything about the medications I was prescribed in a clear and thorough manner, making sure I fully understood what to expect. Dr. Hung Jun Xiang was also exceptional. He is incredibly kind, and you can tell that he truly cares about his patients. Despite the usual wait time, I quickly understood why – Dr. Hung takes his time with each patient, listens attentively, and makes sure every question is answered. He even went through the details of my prescribed medication and explained the reasons behind each choice, making me feel truly heard and well taken care of. Although there may be some waiting involved, it’s clear that this clinic values providing thorough, compassionate care rather than rushing through appointments. The extra time spent with Dr. Hung is well worth it because he genuinely loves his job and it shows in his approach to patient care.
It was my first visit with Dr Hung and it was really pleasant. He was soft spoken and genuinely took an interest in his patient's well being. I had fever, cough and a runny nose, and he did all the necessary checks such as listening to the lungs and checked my throat without rushing through. The best part was, the consultaion fee was only $20, a very reasonable price compared to the $30 some neighbourhood clinics are charging. With a cough syrup and some flu pills, the total cost was $28. For those who think that this doctor is slow, please don't. He spent 2 hours seeing 13 patients, that's about an average of 9 minutes per patient including asking simple questions, typing case notes, examining the patient and prescribing medication. I think it is very reasonable, compared to how I was sent out of the examination room by impatient doctors in 5 minutes at other clinics.
$5 for reprint of invoices and clinic can’t even send it through email or WhatsApp. Damn. Have had good experiences with the doctor etc just this matter is kind of displeasing.

GST applies on private medical services. Confirm subsidy eligibility and the exact consultation fee when you call ahead, as fees can vary by visit type and clinical scope. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate clinic in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. No MOH licence or regulatory licence was returned in this listing's data, which is a gap that should be resolved directly with the clinic before booking. Every practising doctor must also appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg — search by the consulting doctor's name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. Ask the clinic for the name of the doctor you will be seeing and verify that entry before your appointment. Both the clinic licence and the individual doctor's SMC registration are mandatory; neither alone is sufficient.
MediSave can be used for outpatient GP visits under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), with a withdrawal limit of up to S$700 per year for enrolled conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions. General outpatient MediSave withdrawals outside CDMP are capped at S$500 per year. Confirm at the front desk whether the clinic is CDMP-accredited before your consultation. Integrated Shield Plans typically cover inpatient and day-surgery costs rather than routine GP visits, though some riders include outpatient or specialist rider benefits — check your plan schedule before assuming coverage. For any planned procedure or specialist referral arising from this GP visit, request a written financial counselling estimate that clearly splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding.
