About My Happy Tales

About "My Happy Tales"

My Happy Tales is a pet boarding service based at 65 Tessensohn Road, Singapore 217666, operating islandwide and verified by KakiList. The provider holds a 5/5 rating across 59 Google reviews — a moderate sample size that offers reasonable confidence in the quality of care described by past clients. Pricing sits at the mid-range ($$) tier for Singapore pet boarding.

When enquiring about boarding, it helps to share your pet's size, breed, and temperament upfront, as these details affect placement and supervision requirements. Bring along current vaccination records at the point of enquiry, as most reputable boarding providers require proof of up-to-date vaccinations before confirming a stay. It is worth asking about a trial visit so your pet can acclimatise to the environment before a longer stay, and clarifying whether drop-off and collection are handled at the Tessensohn Road address or through another arrangement. If you anticipate a recurring need — for example, regular travel or work commitments — discuss whether a recurring schedule can be arranged.

To take the next step, reach out to My Happy Tales via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to share your pet's details, check availability for your required dates, and confirm the vaccination documentation needed before drop-off.

I highly recommend Clarris of My Happy Tales. She is extremely knowledgeable about rabbits and, most importantly, she personally tends to every bunny with genuine care and attention. I have also sent my bunny for medical boarding on a few occasions where by my bunny suddenly stopped eating late at night and I completely panicked. She stayed calm, checked on my bunny, and gave very clear and reassuring advice based on her experience. She even assisted to take my bunny to the vet and continued caring for him thereafter till he is well to come home. This is extremely important for us as full time working bunny parents and we feel so at ease when they are in the hands of Clarris. She has become the only rabbit boarder I trust. Whenever I go on holiday, I always board my rabbits with her because I know they are in safe, experienced, and loving hands. As a rabbit owner, that peace of mind is priceless. I’m truly grateful to have found someone so dedicated and reliable.

Been sending my bunnies to Clarris for more than 5 or 6 years, for boarding, medical boarding, bonding. She is really professional and passionate about providing the best accommodation for the bunnies while the humans are away, sending daily photo or video updates. Clarris also provides superb medical services for bunnies recovering from surgeries or require long term medication. Highly recommended.

We have known Clarris for 4 years and she’s been an invaluable companion in this bunny parenting journey. We first sent our bunny to her in 2022 right after her sterilisation procedure. With Clarris’ meticulous post-surgery care, our bunny quickly recovered. Clarris also helped our 2 bunnies bond after my own failed protracted attempts. We send our bunnies to her for boarding each time we go on holiday - our family joke that we would call Clarris immediately to book the boarding dates right after we book our plane tickets. We know our bunnies are in good hands when they are with Clarris. Her daily updates via WhatsApp lets us know the bunnies are well. Clarris is also great source of advice for anything bunny related. When my bunny had dental issues, she kindly called me and spoke to me for quite a while, telling me her experiences with bunny dental issues, and also suggested getting a second opinion. This helped us made the decision to avoid the major surgery vet #1 recommended. It has been a year, my bunny is doing well without the surgery and without need for any medication. I am very grateful to Clarris for her valuable support and advice.

Clarris is my first line of defense whenever my boy is unwell. She has the knowledge, resources, and skills to care for him through his GI stasis, gas, and bloat. Every time he comes home, he has a great appetite and is eating more than ever. I was first introduced to Happy Tales from my vet. They felt comfortable discharging him if he goes to Clarris for medical boarding. My vet also communicates directly with her when needed, which speaks volumes about the trust and credibility they (and I) have in her. But more than that, Clarris is incredibly kind and thoughtful. She frequently checks in on him, and share tips and recommendations even when he’s doing well. As a first time senior rabbit owner, she has helped me navigate my old man’s new disability a little easier. ❤️

I was introduced to My Happy Tales way back in 2021, my first bunny was groomed by them, and had his first boarding with them too. My bunny had a good time during his boarding, and he met a ‘ger’ too. Lol. My Happy Tales will send videos / photos updates of my bunny to let me know how he is coping there. Recently i decided to engage My Happy Tales to help me bond my 3 bunnies. We decided to assess them for 10 days before moving forward and continue with the bonding. Having the 10 days helps them to assess if my bunnies can be bonded or not, which i think is super helpful for both parties. When i sent my furkids there, My Happy Tales shared how they will conduct the bonding and all. During the bonding period, they will update me with photos and videos on their progress and share with me the bonding status. They also patiently answered all my questions. At the end of 3 weeks, my furkids graduated from the bonding camp at My Happy Tales! I have uploaded some photos and videos.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does "My Happy Tales" charge?

My Happy Tales is priced at the mid-range ($$) level for Singapore pet boarding. Specific nightly or per-stay rates were not published at the time of listing, so it is best to contact the provider directly for a quote tailored to your pet's size and breed, as these factors typically influence the final rate. Common add-ons to clarify include feeding of special diets, medication administration, and any additional playtime or exercise sessions. For mobile or collection services, ask whether transport is included or charged separately. See the full Pet Boarding cost guide for Singapore →

What vaccinations does "My Happy Tales" require?

Most pet boarding providers in Singapore require dogs to be current on core vaccinations including DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies, while cats typically need FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) coverage. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required for dogs staying in a boarding environment due to the close proximity of animals. Vaccinations are generally expected to have been administered within the preceding 12 months. Bring the original vaccination certificate or a copy from your vet when dropping off your pet. Contact My Happy Tales directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your pet's first stay.

Is "My Happy Tales" licensed and insured?

Pet boarding facilities in Singapore are required to hold a licence from the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. At the time of listing, no AVS licence was recorded for My Happy Tales on the KakiList directory. This does not necessarily mean the licence is absent — it may simply not have been provided for verification — but parents and pet owners should ask the provider directly to confirm their current AVS licensing status before dropping off a pet. It is also worth asking about the protocol if your pet becomes unwell or is injured during their stay, and whether the provider carries any insurance covering such incidents. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
