About NannyPro
NannyPro is a childcare provider in the nanny and babysitter space, operating islandwide across Singapore. The listing has been verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channel. It holds a 4.9-star rating across 188 Google reviews — a robust sample that provides meaningful signal on service quality. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range level ($$), though a detailed monthly fee structure was not available at the time of listing.
Families interested in NannyPro's nanny or babysitter services should begin by reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to discuss availability for their intended start date. During that initial conversation, it is worth clarifying the nanny's schedule and whether the arrangement will be ad hoc or regular, the age and number of children to be cared for, and any specific routines or care requirements your child has. As NannyPro does not appear to operate a centre, the usual questions around infant-to-caregiver ratios and settling-in periods may apply differently — ask directly how transitions are managed and what a typical day looks like for your child. Note that ECDA subsidies are generally tied to ECDA-licensed centre-based care, so families should confirm directly with NannyPro what funding options, if any, may apply to their arrangement.
The most practical next step is to contact NannyPro via WhatsApp or phone to confirm current availability, discuss your child's age and care needs, and arrange an in-person meeting with the nanny before making any commitment. Listing data is incomplete — contact NannyPro directly to confirm details.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

[ECDA childminder pilot programme] I was initially uncertain when I first committed to the service, particularly about having my child cared for by a nanny from a different background. However, those doubts quickly disappeared. My nanny has truly been a godsend. She cared for my child with great dedication, engaging him through reading and play during his time with her. 4 months under her care, I witnessed my 6 month old child blossom into a cheerful, curious, and well-mannered little one. I am deeply grateful for the positive impact she has had on his growth and development.
Nanny Alinah was truly amazing with our son, and made our Singapore experience so special. Alinah was attentive to our sons needs and built a beautiful relationship with him quickly. She was so caring towards him, and was prepared to take him on adventures around town. Alinah was always responsive and adaptive and kept us informed of the activities our son was doing. Her communication was fantastic, and we would recommend Alinah to anyone. Thank you again Alinah for what you did for our family. Further thanks to NannyPro for your service and we would definitely use their services again on return to Singapore.
May has been very helpful from the start in terms of communications and assisting with finding a childminder that fits our criteria. Aimee, the childminder, is kind and often extends her help in many ways. Communication is easy and open. Her family members also extend their care and love towards my child. We are grateful to have met them. The cost of service is also very reasonable, as compared to anchored operating centres.
We’re so grateful to have had Nanny Karen caring for our baby for the past half a year. She consistently goes the extra mile — not only keeping baby safe and well cared for, but also planning thoughtful, age-appropriate activities that support his learning and development. We’ve really seen how much he’s grown and progressed with her guidance and care. Karen is attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in baby's wellbeing. She takes great care to ensure he eats well, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing he’s thriving under her care. Thank you, Karen, for your dedication and for treating our little one with so much love and care. You're an absolute blessing for our family.
I would like to sincerely thank NannyPro Care Centre and their CMS teachers, Ms. Geetha, Ms. Stella, and Ms. Hydee, for taking care of my baby, Kyen, over the past three months at the care centre. Their patience, warmth, and dedication truly made a positive difference. As a parent, it gave me great peace of mind knowing that Kyen was in safe, loving, and capable hands each day. The teachers were consistently attentive to his needs and treated him with great care and affection, which helped him settle in comfortably. I am very grateful for the effort and commitment they put into their work and truly appreciate the positive and nurturing environment they created for my baby. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Kyen.

NannyPro's pricing is indicated at a mid-range level ($$), but a detailed monthly fee structure was not published at the time of listing. For nanny and babysitter arrangements in Singapore, costs typically vary based on the number of hours required, whether care is full-time or part-time, and any additional responsibilities such as light housework or school pick-ups. You may also wish to ask about any one-off registration or placement fees, as these are common in agency-facilitated arrangements. Childcare fees at ECDA-licensed centres are GST-exempt, but it is worth confirming with NannyPro directly whether this applies to their specific service model. Contact NannyPro via WhatsApp or phone to request a full breakdown before committing. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
ECDA subsidies — including the Basic Subsidy (up to S$600 per month for infant care, S$300 for childcare), the Working Mother's Subsidy (available to mothers working 56 or more hours per month), and the Additional Subsidy (income-tested, with combined support of up to S$710 per month) — are generally only available at ECDA-licensed childcare centres. As NannyPro does not currently list an ECDA licence, families should confirm directly with them whether any form of government support applies to their arrangement. Singapore citizen children are eligible for the full range of subsidies; Singapore Permanent Resident children may qualify for partial support. Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are updated periodically, so refer to the ECDA website for the most current figures before making financial plans.
Availability for nanny and babysitter placements can change quickly, particularly for popular schedules or full-time arrangements. For families with a fixed start date — such as a return-to-work date after maternity leave — it is advisable to enquire as early as possible, ideally several months in advance, to avoid being caught without care coverage. Contact NannyPro directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to check current availability for your intended start month and the specific hours you require. If your preferred arrangement is not immediately available, ask whether you can be placed on a waiting list and what the typical turnaround looks like.
If NannyPro isn't the right fit, these are other nanny / babysitter providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
