Clinic seems to be newly renovated and looks quite modern although it has been here for many years. Their afternoon shift begins at 2.30pm, but actually doctor starts at 2.50pm. Dr Fong is nice when the illness is a typical one like flu. But is quite patronising about things like back pain and ankle pain. He dismissed my ankle and just told me to wear an ankle guard. Totally ignored my back pain and said it's normal, didn't even clarify where exactly or how painful it is. Receptionist is also very slow. Have to wait even longer to get medicine than waiting for the doctor.

DO NOT VISIT this clinic if you are unwell and do want medications. Waited nearly an hour and wasted going to the clinic to experience a nightmare! Worst ever clinic I have been to! First time seeing a professional doctor asking to leave the clinic just cause I did not wanted the medications. He was so rude and told me to get out and said I was here to buy MC. I do not understand what logic is this! Aren’t we allowed to say NO to medications we do not want. I didn’t see any of this rules under MOH where it is compulsory to buy the medications also! All patients must be treated with respect and care. As a doctor, you failed to do your part! Please do not visit this clinic, the Dr is very unprofessional!

The incumbent doctor Wai YF seems to be more interested in patient loyalty than treating the patient. He meticulously searched the govt central record and make fuss on petient's visit to other competing clinic, reprimanded patient for clinic hopping (only visited 2 neughbouring clinics) instead of focusing on treating the patient's suffering. My husband has severe back pain that needed few days to recover. unable to walk properly. Asked for MC coverage but rejected. Finally, gave one day MC. How to recover from severe back pain in one day! Asked him for advice as hospital specialist appointment is in few weeks time, he simply replied "go back to your doctor who treated you" and closed the consultation. Felt like been slapped by the doctor yet got to pay him. Rude, uncaring and Unprofessional behaviour to customer indeed. Dr. don't come to work if you woke up from wrong side of the bed!

Hi Dr Fong. U rejected to attend to my daughter today just because she requested to not getting the medicine as we stl have the standard paracetemols and ibuprofen Unopened from polyclinic. Even after we said ok to get the medicines as he mentioned that it is the MOH rules, you literally told my daughter to take her sister home and you wont attend to her. I have submitted your name and the clinic's name to the school so they can verify with ur clinic since you already took the registration slip, we cant prove to the school that we already went to the clinic. Hey Fong, listen up. Next time if u woke up on the wrong side of the bed, dont go to work. Stay home and treat yourself instead.
