I bought their specs here 1 and a half years ago and recently noticed there has been rusting forming on my frame. I went to the shop to enquire about it but was faced with a really haughty attitude from this lady staff (slightly on the bigger side) I asked about the titanium frame (brand starting with M) which was supposedly $258 dollars from Japan and she replied with quite a sarcastic attitude saying “we have many frames from japan it can range from yours which is $200+ to $700+” which implied to me - no choice to you customer as you bought the cheaper frame. Additionally she kept insisting something fell on my frame which cause a dent when i repeatedly told her i took good care of it. And she claim she is in the business for many years so she knows it all. When you buy from her, i remember she is all smiley but beware of a different attitude when you want to ask more or bring back for service. 2 stars as she did help me adjust and tighten the frame which was loosening. Very poor customer service attitude. I will not return to buy specs from here.

Terrible service. Called in with a simple question but was told to come down in person if I have enquiries. Made the trip, only to be met with an unhelpful and uninterested sales lady. Complete waste of time. Plenty of better optical shops in Clementi that actually value customers.

Good range of glasses selection, blue light, astigmatism, transition lenses, whatever the more expensive optical chains are offering they also have. Been going here since 2018 and every experience has been great with very helpful staff each time and short waits to get examined and receive your spectacles/contacts. Thank you!!!
