If there's a way to give "no star" I would. If no star I can't post. Service was cold and unwelcoming. I was told I can only receive my order minimum 1 to 2 months later immediately knowing my intention of visit in the shop. I think they are probably not interested in doing contact lens business anymore. I had been purchasing my contact lenses here for myself as well as for my son years ago. Service was good and I even gifted unused contact lenses to them after my son did his lasik as I was happy with them. But I stopped patronising for quite some time as I use lesser contact lenses and had just exhausted my stock on hand. Today returned to get such service, I was really upset and disappointed. I immediately walked out and into a store nearby, happy to order and to wait for collection next week.

I do not recommend dealing with this place. I bought 8 boxes of contact lens 4 weeks ago and made full payment when I purchased. As of checking today with the storekeeper, I have only received 2 boxes with no news on the other 6 boxes. Not a reliable store to deal with.

Excellent service from the guys at Nanyang after my specs broke whilst visiting from the UK. They sorted me out with a new pair as well as managing to transfer the lenses from the broken pair to a new frame. So I'm now well covered for any other eventuality! 😃

First visit and probably the last. Lens brand available are Pentax (cheaper with blue tint) and Zeiss(More exp, clear). I chose Zeiss. Initial sales service was fine. After sale - 2 week after collection, was not satisfactory. I was attended to by an elderly aunty. First feedback on my right rimless lens having sections of unpolished sides. Her reply “nowadays machine polish, no one does hand polishing on lens anymore.” So i have my left len perfectly polished and my right having two sections unpolished on my rimless spec ! Next, i have a backup spec from owndays bought at 50% off (2nd pair promo) 2-3 month back. Both specs have exactly the same prescription except one with frame. Using owndays, I was able to see my apple watch clearer at short distance compared to Zeiss. Her reply was due to presbyopia. I shared that I had an older pair of Crizal that had the same clarity as owndays. Same pair of eyes. She offered to reduce my prescription by 50 deg on each side of my len. No idea how this will help with my issue on clarity.

Service has been consistently going down and very irritating to not get any update on orders placed for contact lenses. Payment was collected 5 weeks ago and goods not delivered despite many follow ups! Please do not order your prescription lenses from them anymore. They have also had issues accessing previous records in their own system despite being long time customers here.
