My sincere appreciation to Ms Wendi Wenyi from Nation at Jurong branch. I first met her in Sept 2019 - lost and not sure what to do when i hade to start caregiving for my late mum (P.S. she has recently passed away in Jan 2026). Wendi guided me step by step, shortlisted one hardworking Myanmar helper who was in her late 30s. Throughout the years, she offered good advices and i have gone to her for all the renewals. We kept constant contacts over 6yrs or so. As i complete this journey and have to send the helper (named WIN) back home, Wendi provided her professional advice and promptly shared on the next few steps to take.
