A/prof Gavin Tan is an exceptionally good and thorough doctor. My friend got his choroidal melanoma surgery done under his supervision and the treatment was done very well indeed. The staff, nurses, esp Rachel at the pre-surgery centre, Level 1, lobby B was extremely warm, professional and very very kind. She kept me calm while I waited for the surgery to finish and offered me tea and coffee throughout the whole time. I highly recommend this eye centre as it has the very best opthalmologists and care staff.

Uncoordinated between ATU, registration and screening. Our appointment is at 12pm, but postponed to 4pm because of all the delays in the systems and ops. The building is nice but service is inconsistent. Filipino staff at counter in ATU suite B is very blur.

I would like to commend one of your staff members, Ms. Siti Aishah from the Ambulatory department, for her excellent service. She was attentive, patient, and very understanding throughout the interaction. Her explanations were clear, detailed, and easy to understand. She demonstrated a high level of professionalism and contributed to a very positive customer experience.

I was happy to know NCCS has a new cafeteria called Foodgle. But my 1st encounter with them was not a blissful one. I placed order for wanton noodle value meal $3.50 because my dad has no appetite but needed to eat something. The young lady boss asked me a general question ( if I wanted char sao), my dad replied yes and in the end up paid $6.50. When I asked them to say clearly next time, the young man argue back rudely and said I should said value meal. But the value meal is also wan ton soup so I did not say wrongly. They charged so expensive and are very rude. In the end, my dad did not finish the $6.50 noodle. I could have reject the meal but I didn’t. I learnt something. Next time must say ‘value meal’
