My very first time sending my kitty (Megumi) to a boarding house since she was being adopted as a stray. I was extremely worried how would my baby gal feel & how would she react to a new environment, hoping she does not feel abandon. After heading down to the boarding house for viewing, I was glad I made the right decision of choosing this place. The hotel was so clean & quiet which makes me wanna work there too. 🤣 A big shout out to the care takers (Nabila & Kaz) for taking great care of my baby gal. Thank you for your love towards my feisty baby gal & the daily updates of her progress with photos &/or videos. 🥰 My baby gal enjoys her 7D6N staycation at the hotel & was so reluctant to go home. By the way, Megumi puts on 0.2kg within a week while staying there!! I TOTALLY recommend Nekoya Cat Hotel to all the cat mummies & daddies out there. This place is so awesome you might have difficulty getting your cat(s) home! 😅 p/s: Feisty Megumi will definitely be back!! 🤣

Caretaker Nabila and Pearl service were excellent. Since it was my cat's first time in a boarding hotel, she was extremely petrified. She refuses to eat or pass motion. However, both Nabila and Pearl do their best to ensure that my cat eat regularly. They also kept me updated on my cat wellbeing. They tried to make my cat feel comfortable and adapt to the new environment.
