When enquiring about a stay, it helps to have your cat's details ready: breed, size, age, temperament, and any medical or dietary requirements. Boarding providers in Singapore typically require up-to-date vaccination records — for cats, this usually means a current FVRCP certificate — so have these on hand before confirming a booking. If your cat has not previously boarded, a trial visit can help gauge how well it settles in an unfamiliar environment. It is worth asking about the room or suite options available, the daily routine, feeding arrangements, and how staff handle cats that become stressed or unwell during their stay.
To take the next step, reach out to Nekoya Cat Hotel via phone or their enquiry form — contact details are listed on this page — to check availability for your intended dates, share your cat's profile, and confirm the vaccination documents required before drop-off.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Was searching for cat boarding during the peak period and Nekoya kept coming at the top of the search list. Am glad I made the right choice for 2 consecutive bookings! The whole experience has been fuss free and they’ve handled my queries promptly too. Chose KAP as it was the one nearest to me and the space was clean, comfortable and most importantly, the caretakers are dedicated in caring for them cats 💕 Was given daily updates via WA about my boycat’s welldoing and he does seem to be enjoying himself during his staycation. This is my second time using Nekoya’s cat boarding services, and I’m still extremely impressed! From the warm welcome when we arrived, to thoughtfully introducing our cats to the space where all four could stay together, everything was handled with so much care. The daily updates gave us great peace of mind, and the pick-up process after our trip was just as smooth. The entire experience was seamless and truly reassuring — we could tell our cats were in very good hands. Thank you Yasmin, Miza, Hum and Aqeelah!
Jan 2026: It's the boys second time boarding at KAP nekoya! Caretakers Hum & Miza at KAP really showered the boys with so much love and care. It's really all the small details and effort the caretakers' put in that matters. As pawrents we always look forward to the boys' daily media updates and report card, with that even while in holiday we feel assured that our babies are well taken care of. Thank you caretaker Hum & Miza from KAP for loving the boys and making their 8nights of boarding as comfortable as possible. *the boys definitely enjoyed their stay becos at check out they didn't want to go home* Dec 2024: Took our cats for a 9days stay at neko neko. Place was clean, caretakers were friendly. Took great care of our cats while we were away. Will definitely return to here the next time we are away again.

Nekoya Cat Hotel is priced at a mid-range level ($$), though specific nightly rates are not published on this listing. Cat boarding in Singapore typically ranges from around S$30–40 per night for a basic enclosure up to S$80–120 or more for larger suites or luxury cat hotels, depending on room type, suite size, and the length of stay. Common add-ons to factor in include playtime sessions, grooming, medication administration, and any premium food requests. Some providers also charge a deposit to secure peak-period bookings such as public holidays and school breaks. See the full pet boarding cost guide for Singapore for a broader market comparison.
Most reputable cat boarding facilities in Singapore require proof of a current FVRCP vaccination — which covers feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia — before a cat is admitted. This is the core feline vaccine recommended by vets locally. The certificate is typically required to be valid within the past 12 months, though some providers accept up to 3 years for certain components depending on the vaccine brand used. It is strongly advisable to confirm Nekoya Cat Hotel's exact vaccination requirements directly when making an enquiry, as policies vary by provider. Bring the original vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate to drop-off. Cats that are not up to date may be refused entry to protect other guests.
Cat boarding facilities in Singapore are required to hold a licence from the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS), a cluster of the National Parks Board, in order to operate legally. This listing does not currently record a confirmed AVS licence for Nekoya Cat Hotel, so we recommend asking directly for their licence number and verifying it with AVS before drop-off. On the question of insurance, boarding operators vary in their coverage — some carry general liability that extends to pets in their care, while others do not. Ask specifically what the facility's protocol is if your cat becomes unwell, is injured, or requires emergency veterinary attention during its stay, and whether any costs would be covered. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
