GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore are generally self-pay at S$25–60 per visit, though patients on the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for listed conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or hyperlipidaemia can use MediSave up to S$700 per year for outpatient treatment. Those with Integrated Shield Plans should check whether outpatient GP visits are covered under their rider. CHAS and Pioneer or Merdeka Generation cardholders may qualify for subsidised rates at participating GP clinics.

Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Dr Neoh is extremely attentive and clear. She diagnosed me accurately and I've felt better since. She doesnt give medicine that you dont need and takes a lot of care.
Husband and wife team. Both are good doctors. Good bedside manner & accurate diagnosis. Been seeing Dr Ong, and after each consultation with him, i always feel so much better physically even before taking medicine..lol
Dr. Neoh has been my favorite doctor for the past 6 years. I never get hematoma (blood clot) whenever she extracted some cc of blood from my artery. I'm memorizing her instructions before she draw some blood from me whenever I go there for my 6-MME. It's really cool and she's awesome! I learned from her the good technique to prevent getting blood clot. I'm not scared but rather excited to see her every 6th month in a year!
Dr. Neoh is very kind, informative and accurate in her diagnosis. Been there for quite a few times for various medical reasons, all information given is helpful and she goes an extra mile to ensure I fully comprehend the information given. And she is very kind and accommodating to my various concerns and questions.
I have visited Dr Ong for years and he has always been a caring doctor. He prescribes only the medication that you need, being careful not to give too strong a medication for light illness. After I moved houses, distance became an issue for travel when already sick, so I have stopped going and started to visit other GPs nearby... this was when I noticed the difference and appreciated Dr Ong's patient care more. My nearby clinics tend to over-prescribe medication (antibiotics anytime, any day) and charge much much more. I think it's really important to have a family GP that is this careful about your health. 10/10 will recommend as a go-to family doctor!

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with follow-up visits often on the lower end of that range. Common add-ons billed separately include prescribed medications, diagnostic investigations such as blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests, and swabs, as well as any referral letters or medical certificates. GST applies on private medical services. Patients on CDMP-listed chronic conditions can use MediSave for up to S$700 per year in outpatient treatment at participating clinics. CHAS cardholders should confirm whether the clinic is a participating CHAS GP — subsidies for Blue, Orange, and Pioneer or Merdeka Generation cardholders differ. For any planned procedure or investigation, request a written estimate that itemises all components before proceeding. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate GP clinic in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory. Every practising doctor must be listed on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status and any disciplinary history by searching the doctor's name. No licence information is currently listed in this clinic's public profile on KakiList. Patients are strongly encouraged to verify both the clinic's MOH licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration directly before booking. Neither confirmation alone is sufficient — both are required for a legitimately operating private GP clinic in Singapore.
MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers listed conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions, up to S$700 per patient per year at participating clinics. General outpatient MediSave withdrawals are capped at S$500 per year outside CDMP. Confirm with the clinic whether it participates in CDMP before your visit. Integrated Shield Plan (IP) riders layered on MediShield Life vary considerably in outpatient GP coverage — most standard IPs do not cover outpatient GP visits unless an outpatient rider is included. Check your policy terms with your insurer before assuming coverage. For any referral onward to a specialist or planned procedure, request a financial counselling session and a written cost estimate that splits insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions before committing.
