I picked NK after talking to 5 vendors. NK was most responsive from the phone enquiry to my 1st Zoom with John. John spent > 1 hr understanding my needs. His design, pre commission, was exactly on point. NK exceeded my expectations with: -A robovac friendly floor layout -Space maximised with wardrobe functioning as a wall to living room -A carved out space for a luxurious rain shower -An open washbasin outside of toilet - An airy kitchen with adequate storage I bought a tankless water dispenser and was looking for a space to put it as I didn’t want it to be in the kitchen. John agreed with me that we can put it in the dining room and he tapped the water inlet and outlet from the shower room so that it can sit in the designated spot. In addition, he even helped me pick the right cabinet to use to fit the dispenser and match my decor because I didn’t want everything to be custom-made and look uniform.

We decided to go with Neu Konceptz after meeting up with several IDs. We were very specific about wanting a bright contemporary look for our living room, in particular a blue feature wall concept. Jack understood us and fully embraced our request and gamely partnered us to deliver this, while the other IDs generally tried to dissuade us and steer towards a black/white/grey colour scheme or other “safer” designs. Jack was very thorough in his design work, planning and thought process. He was very patient and spent hours with us discussing how we would use our space, colour combinations, measurements etc. We especially love the open plan kitchen concept with the cooking area facing the dining area so that I can cook and entertain at the same time. Allan, the project manager, was proactive and responded quickly to all our feedback and requests. The overall workmanship was good. There were some minor rectification works to be done, as to be expected, but they were quick in resolving before we moved in. Thanks Jack and Allan!
