Very disappointed. This clinic does not have respect for patients time. Twice in a roll appointment that were set at least 2 months before have been rescheduled last minute via SMS without a reason given. When called to ask why appointment was rescheduled they just given it could be technical glitch. So I told them this appointment was made on the spot on my last visit. I also have it in my calendar. If it’s technical glitch then why twice in a roll my appointment was replaced. I do not have any explanation except that doc decided to block off his appointment slots.
