Brain surgery is one of the most difficult and high-risk surgeries there is, and Dr Ivan is not just a brain surgeon, but at the top of his field. He came recommended by my oncologist, and many other doctors I’ve spoken with. I’ve heard that his services can be more expensive than others, but this is brain surgery, so I wouldn’t want a lesser doctor to operate on me. And if you have good insurance, it’s definitely not a problem. When I had my brain surgery, he would check on me at the hospital everyday after, including Sunday. I also recommended him to a friend, a fellow VP shunt patient. And she said Dr Ivan was very decisive, and told her she didn’t need the surgery that her other doctor was indecisive about doing. I would recommend him again.

negative experience with Dr Ivan Ng - kept overtalking and didn't listen to the needs of the patient (my close family member) came in to check on hospitalised patient for only 2 mins and rushed off, asked patient to be admitted and was kept hospitalised although there was nothing done for patient, patient was just there the whole day with no medication, no doctor's visits etc. we moved on to another doctor eventually
