Engaging NewBubs for confinement was the best decision ever. Our confinement nanny (May Quah) allocated to us was knowledgeable and experienced, she guided us through the entire period and not only did she provide comfort for the baby, she also gave us plenty of assurances along the way as first time parents. Whenever I’m up for my nightly pumps, she will prepare hot beverages for me. She’s clean and is a great cook. She takes good care of my dog too! With her easygoing and likeable personality, my family also bonded quickly with her and were sad to see her leave. With this great first time experience with NewBubs, I would highly recommend NewBubs as the number one choice for confinement nannies and will definitely look for May again if I have a second pregnancy.

Our nanny Kien has a very fun loving energy that was very helpful for first time anxious parents like us. She communicates well in person & on WhatsApp to keep us updated on baby’s feeding timings, diaper change etc giving us a peace of mind while we’re resting in another room. She took great care of both baby and I. She was personally invested to feed me well so I can produce good milk for my baby. Overall very accommodating, efficient, experienced & easy going. Would highly recommend her to new mummies & would definitely engage her again should we have a second baby in future! 🤗

We were extremely fortunate to have such an amazing confinement nanny Mei Ling Jie (Chong Moi Leng) with us. She was just like a mother—providing extra care, concern, and genuine warmth throughout her stay. What stood out most was how detailed and patient she was in teaching us everything we needed to know as new parents. From proper feeding techniques, to putting the baby to sleep, to understanding bowel routines, and even showing us how to bathe the baby safely—her priority was always the baby’s well-being. Her kindness and love for our little one were obvious every single day. We felt completely at ease leaving our baby in her care, allowing us to rest well at night without worry. She handled every task with gentleness and professionalism, and our baby adored her too. We are deeply grateful for her dedication, patience, and the peace of mind she gave us. Special mention to our assigned professional nanny, Auntie Chris - who made my postpartum/confinement journey smooth and memorable. Engaged newbubs for our first born for 40 days. The process is very easy with clear instructions and timeline on what to expect. Hua Jie (Flower Sis) was assigned to us. She was really caring towards baby, and patient in teaching us as we are first time parents. Her cooking is really good as well! She also did not give us any problems at all. Really thankful for newbubs and Hua Jie to make our first step in parenting so much easier, we were both able to get ample rest with such an experienced nanny
