Smooth process from start to end. Made online appointment at 7.30 AM to see doctor at 8.40 AM. Online registration available before seeing doctor. By 9 AM completed consultation and X-ray. I was told X-ray result would be ready in 1 hour, and went to get breakfast nearby. At 9.35 AM, doctor called to inform X-ray result was ready and whether I wanted to hear it over the phone. I went back up to see doctor. Collection of medicine, payment, and appointment of next session were done through self-service kiosk. All completed by 10.10 AM.

The counter number 405 and 406 can be on lower area, such as in front of the front desk, for sight benefits for elderly and for those who don't raise their heads. There can be visible sign board to indicate direction of this dental centre. Overall, the cleanliness and service efficiency are very good.

Visited on 27th Jan. Registration consultation were attended to promptly. Problem arose when I went to pharmacy. Waited for 30 mins but number still not called. Went to ask reception. Was told that one need to register at arrival kiosk if collecting medication today. It says so on the registration form. She is correct. But this sequencing is not right. It should be the other way. One should register only if one wants medication to b delivered. Otherwise it is assumed that one wants to collect today. This would be the normal sequence of things. After seeing the doctor one goes to collect medication. Besides some patients may not have read the message under 'pharmacy' . Please look into this

My usual Polyclinic at Bedok was full so I came to Geylang Polyclinic for an XRay and Doctor's appointment. Staff are attentive and the whole process was smooth. I was in and out of the Geylang polyclinic within an hour and completed both urine and x-ray tests. Very efficient and friendly staff. I love the open air concept too.
