We were first introduced to 9 design by our relative. The first ID who took our project helped us with our planning and designs. However we did face some issues with the first ID. We gave the ID the benefit of doubt for 4 months. After 4 months we noticed our project was stagnant and I had no choice but to contact the director Mr Tan. Mr Tan has since been god sent. He is very responsive, attentive to our needs and completed my project within 2 months of taking over. We are so grateful to Mr Tan for his ideas and making adjustments for our vision becoming a reality. Our home is a home because of the environment he created for us as how we envisioned it. His input made a huge difference in the execution of this project. I’m really grateful to have met Mr Tan. He is my go to person for all Reno details. Even post Reno he has been very very helpful.
