I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent visit to your clinic on 12 Feb 2026. I was feeling unwell and made the effort to visit your clinic during its operating hours. Unfortunately, I experienced rude and impatient behavior from the counter staff. As a patient who was already tired and unwell, this interaction was upsetting and disappointing. The situation became so uncomfortable that I decided to walk away without proceeding with the consultation. I understand clinics can be busy, but patients deserve basic courtesy and empathy, especially when they are not feeling well. I hope this matter can be looked into to prevent similar experiences for others.

Wanted to see doctor earlier, but was denied by nurse, saying that they have closed and to come back at 6.30pm. Now is 6.50pm, still not open. No nurses or doctors in sight. When they at last opened at 6.57pm, I saw 1 of the nurses taking selfies with test tubes of patients’ blood (with printed labels) can be seen.

Honestly I would have given them Zero stars if I could. Totally unprofessional counter staffs. Showed my staff pass and did not even verify if I had to pay up front and claim from HR later on or no payment is required at all. After many hours I left the clinic, they called to say my company is not insured when I clearly saw the sticker on the clinic glass door that says my company is under that insurance. Does the staff not know her job? When I said it’s insured she changed her story , saying that the portal is down? Seriously? More like you made a mistake and conveniently blame the poor system. Total bill was more than $100 , wow daylight robbery. I guess I can’t get sick in Singapore
