Mothers typically start by contacting NouRiche via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to discuss their preferred dietary tradition, due date, and delivery address. Standard confinement food packages run 28 days, with lunch and dinner delivered hot each day — typically within a four-hour cooked-to-delivery window. Herbal soups, red dates tea, and longan tea may be included in the package or billed separately, so it is worth confirming the full menu breakdown before committing. It is also worth asking whether a trial meal is available before paying a deposit, as confinement appetite varies and personal taste matters considerably. Packaging is normally BPA-free and microwave-safe. Delivery surcharges may apply for outlying or landed addresses.
To get started, reach out to NouRiche via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your expected due date, dietary preferences, and delivery postcode to receive a package quote and check availability for your confinement window.

I’ve been having their confinement meals for a week now and honestly, I’m so happy with it! Every day’s menu is different, the soups are super fresh and tasty, not greasy at all. Lots of meat, always cooked in different ways — everything tastes home-cooked and comforting. Even the rice changes daily, and the red date tea is perfect for keeping me hydrated. Really makes postpartum life a lot easier for me. Highly recommend!
I really enjoyed my NouRiche confinement meals! The food was flavorful but not too heavy, which suited my taste perfectly. I liked that the menu offered a good variety, including a nice mix of both Asian and Western dishes, it kept things interesting every day and I never got bored. The delivery was always quite punctual, and the red date tea was not too sweet and very pleasant to drink. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend to new moms looking for healthy and tasty confinement meals!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I truly enjoyed the 7 complimentary dinners from NouRiche and was so impressed! Each meal was neatly packed in food-grade, microwaveable containers, with soups and red dates tea securely sealed to prevent spills. Every set included a main, a meat dish, a vegetable dish, soup, and red dates tea — all tasty and generous in portion. I also love that they offer both traditional TCM-inspired and fusion-style confinement meals, making every dish feel comforting yet exciting. Honestly, the food was so good I might just consider having another baby to enjoy it again! 😜 Highly recommend NouRiche to all expecting or new mummies — don’t miss their promotions on IG! 🌿
I’ll give it 2 stars only because of the occasional better side dishes. It started off well for the first week - although I must say the quality of the plain rice is just unbearable. It’s dry and brittle. Or sometimes it’s soggy but yet dry at the same time. I ended up cooking my own rice. The red dates drink has never been consistent in quality as well. Some days it’s like you struck lottery and get solid serving. But most days, the taste, and smell of the drink is sour, bland and off. I ended up boiling my own. This evening, I concluded that it’s the last straw. I found a baby cockroach smacked at the side of the container. It’s just beyond disappointing that I chose this establishment to take care of my confinement meals because of good reviews when there were other options that I was comparing too. Major regret, and now I can’t “redo” or “restart” my confinement, and I felt completely shortchanged of my recovery needs in terms of my diet.
I tried NouRiche confinement meals for three days and I truly love it. Every dish is so tasty and unique! I find myself looking forward to receiving the meals everyday. Highly recommend!!

NouRiche uses a package pricing model. In the Singapore market, 28-day confinement food packages typically run between S$1,200 and S$2,800, depending on the number of trays per day (usually two — lunch and dinner — or three with breakfast added) and whether herbal soups, red dates tea, longan tea, and confinement tonics are bundled in or billed separately. NouRiche is positioned at the mid-range tier ($$). Shorter 7-day or 14-day packages are offered by many caterers as a trial or for partial coverage — ask NouRiche directly whether these are available. Also confirm whether a delivery surcharge applies to your address, particularly for landed properties or locations outside the central corridors. Singapore confinement food traditions vary considerably — common options include Cantonese (warming herbal soups, ginger, sesame oil, rice wine), Hokkien, Teochew, Western-style postnatal, halal, and vegetarian. Confirm which tradition NouRiche's kitchen follows, whether the menu rotates day-to-day or repeats weekly, and whether dishes can be adjusted for breastfeeding mothers who prefer low-spice or alcohol-free preparations. Most reputable caterers offer a single-day trial meal, typically priced at S$30–60, before any package deposit is paid. This step is strongly recommended — confinement appetite shifts daily and personal taste is a better guide than menu descriptions alone. Ask NouRiche directly about trial meal availability when you enquire.
NouRiche operates from FoodXchange @ Admiralty, a licenced food production facility. Licensed confinement food caterers hold an SFA Food Shop Licence or Catering Licence with an assigned hygiene grade — A is the highest, followed by B, C, and D. Providers serving halal menus should also hold a MUIS halal certificate, which is typically displayed on packaging. Confinement meals are cooked the same day and delivered hot, with reputable caterers targeting a roughly four-hour cooked-to-delivery window. Packaging is normally BPA-free and microwave-safe. Confirm NouRiche's SFA hygiene grade, delivery time slots, and the substitute or refund policy if a delivery is missed before paying any deposit. Order a trial meal and confirm the SFA hygiene grade (and MUIS halal certificate if relevant) before paying the package deposit.
