thank you Dr Eugene and team! very pleasant experience! was quite nervous but the nurses were patient and calmed me down. the entire relex smile process was fast - 2.5min in total and it out of the OT in 5 min. the team is very professional and performs checks thoroughly. they remember your name and are very friendly/always smile at you. when doing the surgery, i just had to stare at the laser. Dr did the surgery professionally and his tone helped me to ease the anxiety. almost didnt have to wait for all of the check-ups/reviews etc. very efficient. was able to gain full 70% recovery by day 2 and 100% recovery from the third day onwards. no dry eyes. didn’t affect my daily life also. happy with the professionalism and efficiency of the team!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Nova Eye Centre, especially Dr Tay, and the entire medical team. My situation was quite challenging as I had a dense cataract in my left eye. Before the surgery, my vision was extremely blurred, I could hardly see and my eye was swollen and painful, which made me very anxious. I developed a stye that suddenly became quite prominent and began affecting my vision, particularly in the lower part of my eye. I initially tried an online consultation, including prescribed antibiotics and warm compresses, but unfortunately there was no improvement. In fact, the condition worsened. On day five, I visited Nova, where the doctors assessed the situation and recommended a minor procedure to drain the pus. The procedure went smoothly, and the recovery was remarkably quick. I was almost fully recovered by day seven. The doctor, nursing staff, and receptionist were all extremely kind, friendly, and reassuring throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, from the symptoms to the treatment and medications, which made the experience very comfortable. I recently did the SMILE procedure at Nova Eye Center, and it really exceeded my expectations. Dr. Eugene and the team were very welcoming, and went the extra mile in explaining the various surgery options, as well as what I could expect in the surgery. As one of my eyelids was inflamed at the time, there was a tiny bit discomfort (no pain) during the procedure. The procedure itself was very smooth, fuss-free, and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. I can see very clearly now, after over a decade of having -6.0 vision in both eyes. I would really encourage anyone seeking refractive surgery options to check Nova Eye Center out!
