Clinic is clean, AC and orderly. I made an appointment thru HealthHub app the night before. Doctor saw me as soon as I arrived, there was no waiting. Gentle feedback to the pharmacy reception staff that if you need more time to amend the prescription, just say so. Dont keep saying “5 more min” then have someone wait 20 min. Just say “20 min more” next time, so I can go buy a snack or something. Overall good experience

Queenstown poly-clinic the psychiatric level is better than one visiting IMH Buangkok . If u are able to , avoid the mental hospital somewhere around Sengkang , we usually call it living Hell . They will come back to haunt U after sometimes ... mayb 4-5 years , i don't have a very good impression of the doctors there , guys are usually ok . Queenstown poly-clinic is less intimidating than IMH , i usually feel overwhelmed when i visit IMH . Nothing is changing , there will only be more and more psychiatric cases if nothing is changed . if possible , try to avoid IMH , take the trouble to go to Queenstown poly-clinic psychiatric level , the environment is very comfortable to begin with . Try not to get yourself warded , not worth it especially the one @ Sengkang . a lot of those wards are in very terrible conditions ... i seriously wonder are they good for people ....

I have been a chronic disease patient for a long time and used to have a phobia of visiting the polyclinic, often requesting medication delivery or online consultations instead. But during my appointment on 1st October 2025 (Q2549), I met a truly dedicated, helpful and sincere doctor — Dr Cheng (Lu Zheng) Loh. He listened attentively and offered careful advice in a casual, reassuring tone, which made a big difference. For the first time, I feel more confident about keeping on track with my treatment and staying consistent with my appointments. I also appreciate the care facilitator from 306A, who was friendly and approachable, and someone I could comfortably share my medical concerns and needs with.
