Amazingly crafted, beautiful frames and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great, attentive service by Richard Boo and other staff. Frames and lenses are definitely pricier on average than offerings at your neighbourhood glasses shop or Owndays/Zoff but the design, fit and quality control are heads and shoulders above those options. I feel like they do cater to Asian features and fit way better than some other brands. The glasses here are also really well-designed and unique and don't just look like some mass-produced cheap chinese knockoff with low quality control. Very happy with my glasses and I do think it was worth the investment. The finished pair was perfect. $299 for the frame and $195 for Zeiss lenses.

I first made a pair of spectacles with Richard Boo, optometrist at O+, for my presbyopia prescription in July 2025. When he first tested my eyesight in the first half of 2024, he informed me that I had the onset of presbyopia and suggested me to make progressive lenses, which I didn't. As my near vision deteriorated in 2025, I went to find Richard to test my eyesight again. Richard was conscientious and generous with his time when he tested my eyesight. As I'm also a contact lenses user, he got me some trial multifocal contact lenses to try without me having requested for them. In September 2025, I made a pair of 'reading glasses', the second pair of spectacles with Richard, so that I get to have near vision when I'm on my contact lenses that correct my myopia and astigmatism. I appreciate that he offered different possibilities in addressing my eyesight, including what sort of contact lenses that I can use. And O+ offers sleek and contemporary titanium frames (S$299) and cellulose acetate frames (S$249)!
