Was drawn to the shop because it looked really trendy and atas. Went there a few months back to take a look at their frames and was impressed by the range of styles they had. Even though I did not buy anything then, the optometrist and staff were very helpful, recommending frames. Went back today for a second look-see. Same great standard of service. Optometrist explained that they could put in the rubber nose things on any frame for a fee. I needed those because of my high degree so I was thrilled. Funny thing was I actually broke my existing pair of glasses at the shop while demonstrating how I preferred “bendy” ones as I can be quite careless with them. Optometrist was very helpful in taping them together. Of course, this meant that I just had to get a pair of glasses then! The eye check up was very thorough and the optometrist recommended the optimal degree I should opt for so I would not face too many issues adjusting to the new degree. Overall, the service was warm and genuine. They were not pushy at all. As there was a special offer going on, I decided to get a pair of sunglasses too. Later that day, I realised the pair of sunglasses had a small manufacturing issue. Took it back and it was replaced swiftly. I was very impressed by the service rendered. This will surely be my new to-go shop for sunglasses, glasses, and contact lenses. With so many optical shops around, what makes all the difference is good service. I could not be happier with the service rendered by the staff here.

I was drawn to O+ for their layered / translucent acetate frames, all handcrafted in small batches. I also own a pair from Lohause, which uses the same lens brand, but I prefer O+ for the lighter weight frame since I’m almost blind and need to wear glasses all the time. The eye checkup was very thorough and detailed, far more comprehensive than most optical stores. Special thanks to Lin Jian for her patience and guidance while we figured out the right matching pair ✨ If you’re looking for eyewear that combines craftsmanship, comfort and design, O+ is an easy recommendation.

Really nice place that sells classic frames that are well-built. Service here was excellent, they even helped me clean the current pair of glasses that I was wearing (not from their brand) and offered us water. Ask them about their membership program, it gets you a rebate upon signing up plus cashback on your purchase!
