About Oaklife Family Clinic Balestier
Oaklife Family Clinic Balestier is a general practice clinic located at 592G Balestier Road, serving patients across Singapore. KakiList has verified the clinic's operating details and contact channels. It holds a 4.8-star rating across 124 Google reviews, a robust sample that indicates consistent patient satisfaction. No ACRA registration has been confirmed in the data provided, and no regulatory licences — including an MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council registration for the attending doctor — have been listed, which limits the ability to confirm licensing status independently.
Patients typically contact the clinic by phone or through the online enquiry form to check appointment availability or walk-in queue times before visiting. As a GP clinic, Oaklife Family Clinic Balestier would ordinarily handle acute illness, chronic disease follow-up under the Chronic Disease Management Programme, vaccinations, and referrals onward to specialist or polyclinic care where needed. If you are managing a chronic condition such as hypertension, diabetes, or hyperlipidaemia, confirm whether the clinic is enrolled in CDMP, which allows MediSave 500 or 700 outpatient withdrawals for qualifying visits. For planned specialist care, a GP referral letter can access subsidised restructured hospital outpatient clinics at lower cost than a direct private-specialist walk-in.
Contact Oaklife Family Clinic Balestier directly by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to confirm consultation hours, same-day appointment availability, CDMP enrolment, and accepted insurance or MediSave arrangements before visiting.

Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
This GP is a rare gem run full time by two family physicians. They have extensive polyclinic experience and are trustworthy in their clinical judgment. It is also convenient as they open 7 days a week and the clinic is not staffed by locums.
I had an excellent experience at Oaklife Family clinic. From the moment I walked in, May, Jewel and Reyna greeted me with genuine warmth and kept the front desk running smoothly — check-in was a breeze and they patiently answered every question I had. Dr Daniel saw me right on schedule, took time to explain my treatment options in plain language, and never made me feel rushed. His calm, professional manner and clear expertise instantly put me at ease, and the follow-up instructions were detailed and easy to follow. If you’re looking for a clinic that pairs top-notch medical care with thoughtful, attentive service, this is the place to go.
It was my first visit to the clinic and I visited Dr Jacquelyn. I made reservation thru the phone and it was accepted immediately. Waiting time is so short and Dr Jacquelyn was so nice and checked on me thoroughly. She’s so gentle, reassuring, so understanding and high emphaty. I was so impressed. She gave me medicine and I got better immediately. Thank you Doc Jacquelyn and Oaklife Clinic!
First time visit to this clinic. Had a good experience with the front staff with registering my details. Doctor Jacquelyn performed a thorough checkup and prescribed what I needed. Overall great experience and will recommend this clinic to my friends..
Found the clinic through PeadsEngage as needed a Sunday consult for my child. CAs were understanding and did their best to let him see the doctor earlier due to a high fever. Dr Jacquelyn was patient and friendly, and good with young children. It’s usually hard to find a good clinic on Sundays and was really glad we found this clinic.

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with the price influenced by the complexity of the consultation, time of day, and whether it falls on a public holiday. Investigations billed on top of the consultation fee may include a blood panel (S$60–200), urine tests (S$15–40), an X-ray (S$80–150), or a rapid antigen test (S$15–30). Prescriptions are generally charged separately at cost. For planned procedures or specialist referrals arranged through the clinic, request a written cost estimate that separates the consultation, investigation, and any referral-letter fees. MediSave can be used for CDMP-listed chronic conditions within the S$500–700 annual outpatient withdrawal limits, and Integrated Shield Plan coverage may apply for day-surgery or inpatient episodes arising from a GP referral. Confirm the clinic's MediSave and insurance acceptance before your visit. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate clinic in Singapore is required to hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must be registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC); search by name at smc.gov.sg to confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. No MOH licence or SMC registration has been listed in the data currently available for Oaklife Family Clinic Balestier. This does not necessarily mean the clinic is unlicensed — it may simply be that the information was not submitted for this listing. Contact the clinic directly and ask for the MOH Healthcare Services Licence number and the consulting doctor's SMC registration number so you can verify both independently before booking. Neither alone is sufficient; both should be confirmed.
Integrated Shield Plans layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays subject to the plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider rules. For GP-level outpatient visits, MediSave can be drawn under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, asthma, COPD, stroke, and selected mental health conditions — up to S$500 per year for one chronic condition or S$700 per year for two or more. Confirm whether the clinic is a CDMP-enrolled provider before your visit, as only enrolled clinics can process these claims. For any planned procedure arising from a referral, request a financial counselling session at the receiving facility — a written pre-treatment estimate splitting insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions should be provided before you pay any deposit. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill. If you hold a Medisave-approved Integrated Shield Plan, check pre-authorisation requirements with your insurer before any day-surgery or inpatient episode.
