I’ve had my glasses and contact lenses done at OJO many times, and it’s hands down my favorite optical store in Singapore. Their service and professionalism are excellent, and their eye tests are very thorough and accurate. They don’t just check your prescription — they also examine your retina and overall eye health to make sure contact lenses are truly suitable for you, which I really appreciate. Last year, I lost my glasses while traveling in Melaka and had a new pair made there. Honestly, they never felt quite right. The eye test wasn’t very accurate, even though the shop was a Japanese optical store with perfect five-star reviews online. At that time, OJO was kind enough to WhatsApp me my prescription, but I really regret not insisting on using OJO’s results and instead trusting the test done in Melaka. Last week, I finally couldn’t tolerate those glasses anymore, and I had also run out of contact lenses, so I went back to OJO to get everything re-done. I picked up my glasses today, and the moment I put them on, I knew I should have changed those Malaysian lenses much earlier — the comfort was immediate and obvious. Special thanks to Mr. Lee for his amazing service. He not only replaced the lenses but also changed the nose pads for me at no extra charge. When I collected my glasses, he patiently adjusted the arms several times to make sure they wouldn’t slip. He truly gave my old glasses a new life!
