We are so glad to have found Olo and been on their package ever since we found them one year ago. Had tried other groomers before but we particularly like how Victor our groomer and the supporting grooming team are so patient and kind. We love how our furbaby has a much more positive experience with them compared to other groomers. And Victor has such great skills cutting our Maltipoo’s fur and giving him the floof and shape we just think is so adorable on him! We do groom services monthly and love that they just charge based on the services they think your dog needs. Never upselling. And most importantly our dog is having a great grooming experience. Isaac patiently explained my cats treatment plan and worked for 3 hours to demat my long hair cat. He also removed his undercoat. Amazingly, my cat looks almost the same, just younger. But he feels so much lighter and softer! A great first grooming experience and will definitely be back

After bad experience with other groomers, we used to groom Foxy ourselves but doing so would take 2-3hrs each time and the house will have to be cleaned of all his fluff for another 2hrs lol. Thankfully we found OLO in our new neighborhood and have been bringing Foxy to OLO for the past one year or so. Staff are super friendly and always feedback to us how the grooming went and if they observed any issues that we need to pay attention to. They will also recommend when it’s time to remove Foxy’s undercoat which helps reduce his shedding around the house. They know how to cut his Pom fur nicely so that Foxy always come back looking clean, neat and smelling nice! Love the bow ties surprises too. Look how handsome he looks after a session ❤️
