We’ve been going to OneDoctors for more than 5 years and are always appreciative of Dr Ryan Wong’s effective diagnosis and professional, kind bedside manner. If you have any questions, he’ll always take the time to explain the answers clearly. The meds given have been effective’s Beyond my husband and I, he’s also treated our young child and senior parent - both who also take to his treatments well. We’ve seen Dr Eddie in certain weekends and he’s been good too. The front desk personnel have always been direct and efficient. They’re helpful when I call up w any follow up qns too. The space is always clean and neat. Usually the wait time isn’t too long (5-15min), but on occasion when it stretches past 30min, I’ll bring my child downstairs to the small open-air park space to walk around (rather than try to have them sit still throughout), and return before our queue number is called.

Brought our kid to the clinic cause he caught the flu over CNY. Doctor Eddie was very patient in explaining the condition and options. Didn’t have to wait too long, registration was pretty quick too.

This is not for the clinic but for Dr Ryan Wong. He attended to me at OneCare clinic which he practises as a locum about 2 weeks ago. He was rude and insensitive, the worst clinic experience I had in my life so far. I hope he can do some reflection on his interpersonal and EQ skills.

SCAMMED. Very disappointed by this "CHAS" clinic that refused to tell me the price of a Varilix (chickenpox) vaccination even though I called to ask and asked again when I arrived at the clinic and presented my blue CHAS card. They said they could only tell me upon payment, which should have raised my suspicions, but I decided to go for it anyway and ended up getting charged $103.55 for one Varilix dose even with a blue CHAS card. I asked why I could not get a CHAS subsidy, and after some mumbling and grumbling, they came up with the excuse that it is not a required/subsidised vaccination under the NAS, but it is explicitly shown on the MOH website, which I showed them. Then, they came up with the excuse that I needed a serological test to show that I have not been vaccinated and require the vaccine. They did not mention anything about a serological test and I have told them plenty of times before that that I would like to use my CHAS subsidy. Anyway, it was evident that they did not want to provide any subsidy whatsoever and simply charge me the full amount. For my second Varilix dose, I called another CHAS clinic and they could clearly tell me the price ($23) for a blue CHAS card-subsidised vaccination, which is in accordance to the MOH website, and I really only paid $23 in total. I strongly advise against going to this clinic with no transparency, if their pricing can't even be trusted, how could you trust their diagnosis? Just another expensive chain clinic out to get maximum profit from unsuspecting visitors.

I went by today at around 7.15pm to see a doctor and I have to say how friendly & kind the receptionists were. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a pleasant service. I didn’t manage to get the names of both receptionist unfortunately. The doctor I saw, Dr Ryan, was also equally professional & friendly. A really pleasant experience with this clinic.
