About OneDoctors Family Clinic Khatib
OneDoctors Family Clinic Khatib is a general practice clinic located at 846 Yishun Ring Rd, #01-3611, serving residents in the Khatib and Yishun area. The clinic is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person confirmed its operating details and contact channel. It holds a 3.2/5 rating across 67 Google reviews — a moderate sample, though the score sits below the typical 4.0 threshold for strong endorsement. No regulatory licence information has been provided for this listing, which is a material gap for a healthcare provider; patients should confirm the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration directly before booking.
As a GP clinic, the typical patient journey begins with a walk-in or phone appointment. At the first consultation the doctor will take a history, conduct an examination, and order investigations such as a blood panel or swab where indicated. Prescriptions are dispensed on-site in most general practice settings. For chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or high cholesterol, the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) may allow MediSave withdrawal of up to S$700 per year for outpatient treatment. If the presenting condition requires specialist input, the GP can issue a referral letter to a public hospital specialist outpatient clinic (SOC), which reduces the consultation fee to roughly S$30–80 for Singapore Citizens after subsidy, though non-urgent waits typically run four to twelve weeks. Subsidised Merdeka Generation and Pioneer Generation patients should bring their cards, and CHAS cardholders should confirm acceptance at the front desk.
To book a consultation, call the clinic directly or submit an enquiry through the contact form listed on this page, and confirm appointment availability and consultation fees before attending.

Please dont go to this clinic if you are not rich. Dr Daniel Lim. gave most the expensive medicine, flu swap and charged $152. It is day light robbery. Specialist charges? Shameful, and unethical. Profiteering? Was it necessary to add-on tests and most expensive medicine. Maybe should avoid francised clinics next time.

Dr Daniel is a remarkable doctor who combines knowledge with a genuine concern for their patients. Their friendly demeanor and commitment to providing the best possible care make every visit a positive experience.
Not sure about the negative reviews, as the reception staff were 3/3 great! Julia was incredibly patient over the phone, and assisted me with a fuss free appointment. The elderly lady and young lady at the counter were also friendly and efficient. Dr Lee was warm and explained everything meticulously. She made an awkward procedure comfortable. Definitely would return.
Listing and closing time says 10pm but after travelling there, close at 9pm. Lack lf responsibility for people who took the trouble and need to see doctor.

GP consultation fees at private family clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with investigations billed on top — a basic blood panel S$60–200, a swab or urinalysis S$20–60, and an X-ray S$80–150 where required. Prescriptions are charged separately. GST applies on private medical services. OneDoctors Family Clinic Khatib has not published a specific fee schedule on this listing, so confirm the consultation rate by phone before attending, particularly if you are self-paying without insurance. CHAS Blue, CHAS Orange, and MG/PG cardholders should also confirm subsidy acceptance at the front desk, as not all private GP clinics participate in every CHAS tier. Every legitimate clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status and any disciplinary history by searching the doctor's name. No licence information has been provided in this listing for OneDoctors Family Clinic Khatib. This is a material gap. Before attending, ask the clinic for its MOH licence number and the name of the consulting doctor, then verify both on the respective public registers. Neither the clinic licence nor the SMC entry alone is sufficient — both must be confirmed. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment of chronic conditions listed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — including hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, stroke, and selected mental health conditions — up to S$700 per year per patient. General outpatient MediSave withdrawal (non-CDMP) is capped at S$500 per year and applies to selected approved uses. Confirm with the clinic whether the specific condition being treated qualifies before assuming MediSave will offset the bill. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient and day-surgery costs at private hospitals, but GP outpatient visits are typically not claimable unless the plan includes an outpatient rider. Check your specific policy terms with your insurer. For any planned procedure or referral, request a financial counselling session and a written estimate splitting insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
