About onePA (People's Association)

About onePA (People's Association)

onePA (People's Association) is an islandwide education and enrichment provider offering holiday camps across Singapore, listed on KakiList with verified operating details. It holds a Google rating of 4.1 out of 5 from 314 reviews, a robust sample that provides a reliable signal of general participant satisfaction. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range ($$) level, though specific per-session or per-camp fees were not available at the time of listing.

Families enquiring about holiday camps should confirm the programme level and age-group fit, as onePA runs camps across a wide range of interests and age bands. It is worth asking whether a particular camp aligns with your child's current abilities before registering, as some programmes may have prerequisites. Camps are typically offered in group formats during school holiday periods, and early registration is advisable as popular sessions fill quickly. Parents should clarify the full fee (including any materials or uniform requirements), the cancellation and refund policy, and whether the venue for a specific camp is near a convenient MRT or bus interchange, as programmes may be held at various community clubs islandwide rather than solely at the King George's Avenue headquarters.

To get started, contact onePA directly by phone or through the enquiry form on their website to ask about upcoming holiday camp schedules, confirm the age and level requirements for your child's area of interest, and register before spaces close.

The People’s Association HQ is part of the Jalan Besar Heritage Trail, but unfortunately it is not opened to the public. Hopefully, there is a public gallery in future.

Ms Yu Ling Koh provided great service for my feedback about misuse of CDC Voucher and also help to send a link for us to report. Provide clear instructions to follow up. However, hope they could get back to us instead of us asking for a follow up but other than that it was great service.

I was an old VS boy so seeing this building brings back so much memories. The building is now PA HQ and would be great if the PA would consider making it more accessible to the public. The irony is that the security was really lax when we were students, people could just walk across the front of the school but now the entire compound is barricaded and closed when it’s owned by a people’s organization.

SG60 celebration for Marine Parade cluster on 6 Apr 2025 at Ubi CC was a disaster. The Partymojo event for f&b very slow. How does PA assess quality and performance of event vendors?!?

A real pity that such a big and beautiful compound is made out of bounds to the general public through fortress-like barricades. For sure, the grounds should be made more welcoming to the general public.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does onePA (People's Association) charge per session?

Specific per-session or per-camp fees were not published in the listing data available to KakiList at this time. onePA holiday camps are generally known for being competitively priced relative to private enrichment providers, reflecting their community-focused mandate. Fees can vary depending on the type of camp, duration, and whether materials are included. Parents should confirm the full cost — including any registration or materials fees — directly with onePA before signing up. Sibling discounts or loyalty pricing may be available at certain community clubs. See the full Holiday Camps cost guide for Singapore →

Can I try a class before committing?

onePA holiday camps are typically structured as short-duration programmes spanning a few days to a week, so a standalone trial class in the traditional sense may not be offered. However, because the commitment period is already brief, registration for a single camp session is often a low-risk way to assess fit before enrolling in further programmes. When evaluating fit, consider whether the camp's stated age range and activity level match your child's interests and abilities. Ask onePA staff about the typical group size and the background of the facilitators running the specific camp you are considering, so you can make an informed decision before payment.

What are the tutors' or facilitators' credentials?

Credential information for individual camp facilitators was not available in the listing data provided to KakiList. onePA programmes are delivered across a network of community clubs islandwide, and the qualifications of facilitators can vary by subject area and camp type — some programmes are run by certified coaches or industry practitioners, while others may involve trained community volunteers. It is advisable to ask onePA directly about the background and experience of the facilitators for the specific holiday camp you are considering, particularly for camps involving physical activities or specialised skills where safety and technical competence are especially relevant.
