Very impressed with the fast response. WhatsApp enquired on Sunday 1/1/2023 @ 11.25pm. Eddie replied same day @ 11.43pm. Thought there wouldn’t be any response on same day since it’s close to midnight. Very appreciative that they were able to fix the appointment for me the next day 2/1/2023 Monday at 11am since I have to go back to work on 3/1/2023 Tuesday. For a household of 2 ladies who are petrified of cockroaches, I couldn’t sleep in peace knowing I am so close to a room infested with cockroaches. They also provide cleaning services to clear away the dead cockroaches . Love the under-1-roof services because we are so afraid of cockroaches that we don’t even want go near a dead cockroach. Eddie even kindly offered a 3M mask when he saw me me coughing from fume and kept reminding me to drink water. Highly recommended.

The staff response is very fast, arrange their crew to arrived at my place in a short notice. The crew also shared detailed advice on how to safely exterminate wasp like this in my home the next time I encountered the same situation. Definitely recommended to anyone having any similar issue.

So impressed with the service from The Pest Control Company! I contacted them late Friday evening with questions about a possible infestation and even though it was late at night I received a quick and very helpful reply, and was able to book an inspection for the very next day. The technician who came, Mr. Wilfred, was professional, friendly and most importantly incredibly thorough. He obviously had a great deal of experience and was able to reassure me that I did not in fact have an issue so did not need any treatment. I was so appreciative of his honesty and straightforward answers. I will be sure to contact them for any future issues!

Finally found time to write a positive review for Eddie, as i promised him i will write him one on my own accord because i was very impressed by his good service and attitude. Not only was Eddie very patient in addressing all our concerns, we can see that he takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable! He is very happy to share his experience, knowledge and advices. Not only that, he took the initiative to follow up with me to set the next appointment. In the midst of my busy schedule, I really appreciate that he actually sent me a reminder for the 2nd round of treatment. Normally I always have to text the vendors/service providers first to arrange for the next appointment. But this was the only time i have experienced that the service provider took initiative to enquire on my availability first. His service and attitude was phenomenal. He was also very detailed and thorough. Very friendly and easy going person! We are very happy with his service and his remarkable service attitude. Keep up the good work, Eddie!
