We came across this clinic few years ago when the operating hours back then waas until 12am. Back then my child was vomitting non stop at close to 11pm and we called clinic and surprisingly the recep accepted thr registration as Dr Timothy Tan gave thr green light to wait for us given the emergency situation. We are grateful till now and eventually our family goes to him most of time whenever we need medical attention. At times when he is not on duty we will also turn to Dr Azmi who is equally professional. Their consultation may be fast however the medical advice are solid and our illness are usually clear within few days to a week. Our child like to look for Dr Tim Tan as he is very friendly. Thats our personal experience. At times he may sound swift in attending patient but his medical advise for us are valuable and my child usually takes fast to heal. Thank you.

I went to this clinic with my mother and two daughters as my mother needed a vaccination and my eldest daughter had a cold. We waited for a very long time (around 30 minutes), people in front of us had went in and my daughter still wasn’t called which was very strange since we registered before the people who got called first My youngest (1 year old) daughter was crying very badly and my mother was outside taking care of her (I did not want her to be inside or too near the clinic as she’s still young and can easily get sick). I went out as she wouldn’t stop crying. After another 10 minutes my mother was called but before she could even go back in the clinic ( we were right outside the clinic not even far, at the roadside right outside the clinic), which took around 10 seconds, the doctor moved on to the next person, they did not wait for us at all. My daughter was sick, the other was crying badly and they just moved on to the next patient? Even funnier, my eldest daughter was still not called? When I asked them why they skipped my mother without waiting (waited for barely 10 seconds) they were very unprofessional and handling the issue. They were instead trying to be as quiet as possible so as not to ruin the clinics reputation even though they were in the wrong Extremely unpleasant experience, eldest daughter wasn’t called even though unregistered her first (even before my mother) while others were called when they registered after us, youngest daughter was crying a lot (reminder she’s ONE years old). Would not recommend this clinic especially with the better options to choose from that is also in the area. Would not be going ever again.

Dr Timothy - fierce, rude and scolded us when i ask questions to better understand my medical condition. He doesn't bother to do a proper check on wounds. Simply dispense medicine and wants you to get out. If you are in a bad mood, don't take it out on your patients.

Worst experienced ever! my baby was having a fever and cold so doctor decided to do a swab test and my 16 month old baby nose got bleed afterwards. I decided to went back and inform the doctor about it. Guess what! Timothy says its not life threatening. Oh yes its not but the way to handle my little one is rough and it torn his inner tissue. He got agitated and annoyed when I told him that he's roughl during examined. Come let me do to your nose?Unprofessional please change your career!
