For a first visit, you can reach the clinic by phone or through the contact form to check appointment availability or drop-in waiting times. GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 before investigations or prescriptions. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan layered on MediShield Life, check whether the clinic is a panel provider under your insurer. Chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and lipid disorders may qualify for MediSave withdrawal under the Chronic Disease Management Programme, which allows up to S$700 per year for outpatient management of listed conditions. CHAS cardholders should confirm whether the clinic participates in the Community Health Assist Scheme, as this directly affects out-of-pocket cost for Singapore Citizens and PRs meeting the income criteria.
To arrange a visit, contact the clinic by phone or via the online form to confirm operating hours, current waiting times, and whether your specific condition is handled at the general practice level or requires a referral to a polyclinic or specialist.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
The entire family visits this clinic. Dr Nicholas is one to listen and is pretty great with infants and toddlers. Most importantly the Staff at the counter are always pleasant! Never rude and very patient with the folks seeing the doctor. Of my many visits with my family, kid etc, never was there once they were rude or impatient. All in all I'd highly recommend this clinic if you're living in the vicinity. Plenty of options for insurance claims etc!
Waiting time is too long and admin staff always claimed that it will be fast. Experience could be much better if they can be honest. Called the clinic to check on the queue since we didn’t want our sick toddler to be out for so long. Admin staff just said that it is very fast and we can come down now. We came down and staff said to stay nearby because the queue is not in sequence and they will skip some numbers. So we stupidly listened and hung around, but waited for 2 hours before out turn.
i’ve been going here for all kinds of problems for the last 4-5 years. here’s the thing, the doctors are so understanding, THEY ACTUALLY LISTEN TO YOU and no judgement. the receptionists are always helpful and accommodating and super nice. genuinely feel so safe with them! thank you so much guys
I went to the clinic because I had a cold and needed an MC. My mum came with me to handle the financial stuff, and the doctor just started talking about my weight to her and started recommending her to send me to some hospital for 'mentally ill' teens or something. Then she suddenly grabbed my left arm without even asking me and started looking at my scars, then told me to go outside while she talks more to my mum. Overall, that doctor just violated my privacy and made me really uncomfortable. I wouldn't go back.
I had a great experience at Our Tampines Family Clinic. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and the wait time was minimal. The doctor was attentive, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the treatment I received. Highly recommend!

GP consultations at private family clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60, with follow-up visits often slightly lower. On top of the consultation fee, investigations such as a blood panel (S$60–200), urine test, or rapid diagnostic test are billed separately, as are prescribed medications and any dressings or minor procedures carried out during the visit. GST applies on private medical services. CHAS cardholders (Orange or Blue) may receive subsidies of S$14.50–S$23.50 per visit for chronic conditions and S$10.50–S$19.50 for acute conditions if the clinic participates in the scheme — confirm CHAS participation directly before presenting your card. For chronic disease management, MediSave can be used under the CDMP for up to S$700 per year for listed conditions including hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol. No regulatory licences are listed in the provider data for Our Tampines Family Clinic, which means KakiList is unable to confirm the MOH Healthcare Services Licence or SMC registration from the information supplied. Every legitimate clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must appear on the Singapore Medical Council public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can check registration status, specialisation, and any disciplinary history. Patients are strongly encouraged to verify both the clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry before booking. Contact the clinic directly to request these details if they are not displayed on-site or on their website.
Integrated Shield Plans layered on MediShield Life generally cover private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays, but coverage for GP outpatient visits depends on your specific plan and rider — check your policy documents or call your insurer before assuming the visit is claimable. MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment under the Chronic Disease Management Programme for listed conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, and selected mental health conditions, up to S$700 per patient per year. For general acute outpatient visits not under CDMP, MediSave withdrawal is limited to S$500 per year and only at approved clinics. Confirm with the clinic at the point of registration whether it is enrolled under CDMP and whether your specific condition qualifies, so you know your out-of-pocket cost before the consultation ends.
