Didn’t intend to leave a bad review here but it was totally not acceptable. I had an appointment today 3rd March 2026 at 10am to review my health check up report. It supposed to be a quick chat with doctor just to review the cholesterol result only, but I waited for one hour. I step in at 10am and front desk girl gave me a Q number which is only after 2 patients. When I enter the doctor room and started see my report and explain what is not good and doctor prescribed me 3 month of supplement but before I exit doctor room, the staff told the doctor say wrong report. Then I realized I shouldn’t got so many problem with my blood test. When I exit doctor room, the front desk girl called me and ask me to show her my IC. She suppose to ask me before giving me the Q number if there’s another patient at exact same time to see report and she was like how come you never show me your IC and told me your name. She didn’t even ask me at first place. It would be very serious medical issue as the doctor already prescribe me supplement. After that give me another Q number which I waited for one hour. Disappointed.

I’ve been visiting this clinic since I moved here about 4 years ago. Over the years, there have been a few changes and rotations among the physicians. Unfortunately, my wife and I recently had a poor experience with Dr Wong. We felt there was a lack of empathy and emotional understanding during the consultation, which was disappointing, especially when you’re unwell. My interaction with him was really brief, within 1-2 mins? (Is that normal?) That said, the clinic staff are generally great and have always been helpful and friendly. Overall, if you’re feeling seriously unwell and need a doctor who provides a higher level of care and empathy, you may want to consider other options. All the best.

Needed a flu jab - called up a few clinics around my area but only this clinic (thankfully) had it! Made an appointment easily and didnt have to wait to see the doctor at the appointment time. He was gentle and skilled in giving the vaccine and I didnt feel any pain at all! Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely be back again especially since its so convenient! :))

Doctor here gave wrong dosage of medication, more than double of recommended dosage, very dangerous for young children. Go to a PD at woodleigh mall (Thomson or Parkway East), or another clinic just not here. They gave my 11 month old a very strong medication meant for younger kids (5-8 year olds), and almost tripled the dosage. I only found out after I went to ANOTHER doctor at ANOTHER clinic who was shocked that THIS clinic dispensed the particular medication. For context: My son finished all the medication that was given by this clinic, and we went to see another clinic’s doctor. The doctor wanted me to clarify the medication my son was on, and we called Woodleigh family clinic & they told me in exact words: “The doctor you saw that day gave 5ml, 3 times a day. But today’s doctor is giving 2ml, 3 times a day” I was shocked. First it’s more than double the dosage, second the medication completely wonked my child out for a week (he normally takes 2 hour day naps, but the medication knocked him out to 7-8 hours), I thought he was just really sick and recovering from a bad illness episode. To be fair, I’ve always frequented this clinic for development checks, even when I was sick. But it has shocked me to my core that their doctors (or relief doctor) is incompetent to dispense such high dosage to my baby.

Seen Dr Tan for flu and fever, the medicine they gv were good. Recovered quite fast . Clinic staff were professional and efficient! Dr Tam was very kind too to help me fix some NEHR records issue to enable me to access some free screening tests. Excellent.
