Went to collect my reading glass at Bedok Mall branch. Staff here are always friendly and ready to help. I specially want to compliment Qian ru for her sincere attidute in serving her customer. My specs kind of not look balance on my face. She repeatedly adjusted for me, again n again to make sure i am comfortable with the specs. She went in n out of the room so many times to heat up the specs arm ( about 8-10 times ) yet never show sign of impatient at all and everytime she came back to me, she is smiling. I thank her for her great service and left with a very happy mood for the rest of the day. Amazing staff, Qian ru !!

This Owndays is terrible. Came to get my progressive glasses done and after almost five weeks- they just couldn’t get the lens right. And on top of that, made excuses and was very ignorant re how progressive glasses should be I was actually told that despite the top of my glasses supposedly having 0 degree- the top of the lens was suppose to have a magnified effect as the bottom reading area and that the area for seeing is confined to only a small portion in the middle. 😱
