He was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the lens options and gave honest advice. he made sure I was comfortable throughout the eye test and frame selection without rushing me which I really appreciate it!His professionalism and friendliness really stood out — thank you for the great service! The other two staff present were also very friendly and I did a cornea check up by the lady which I didn’t get her name and she was very professional and friendly too!!Their service was fast, efficient, and genuine — thank you for making my visit such a wonderful one!👍👍

Wanted to make a purchase but couldn't. Registered at 2.15pm, was given a queue number for eye test at 2.20pm and was told that waiting time would be about 10mins. However at 3pm it was still not my turn! Was told I would be served next by this lady, but then saw her bring another customer into the room. Finally left at 3.15pm. The male staff was still helpful in giving recommendations, but would not recommend coming here on weekday afternoons. Quite disappointing :(
