About Pacific Healthcare Nursing Home
Pacific Healthcare Nursing Home is an elderly caregiver service operating islandwide from its centre at 6 Lengkok Bahru, Singapore. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It holds a 4.1/5 rating across 16 Google reviews, though this is a small sample and should be treated as directional only. Pricing is indicated at a mid-range level; no specific hourly or package rate has been published, so prospective families should contact the provider directly for a quote.
Families typically begin by requesting a care assessment to establish the elder's mobility, medical, and personal care needs. It is worth clarifying upfront whether the service covers clinical nursing tasks, personal care, or companionship, and whether caregivers are available for regular scheduled visits or live-in arrangements. Confirm the hours of coverage available, public holiday arrangements, and whether a trial period can be agreed before a longer-term care plan is signed. Families with multiple decision-makers — including adult children living overseas — should clarify how care updates and handover notes are communicated.
To take the next step, contact Pacific Healthcare Nursing Home by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to discuss your elder's care needs and request a written care plan and fee schedule before committing.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
My mum was just discharged today from respite care. Precious Homes is, by far, the best nursing home we have encountered. The admin staff were very friendly and helpful, patiently going through the terms and cost options thoroughly. Special shout out to Farhana - thank you! And the nurses and aides were very dedicated to care for the patients. Even the security guards were nice. Thank you Precious Homes.
My mum was admitted there for respite care from 21 Nov to 12 Dec 2025. At first thought, I was horrified to see the home looking rather antiquated, with the staff manually adjusting the hospital beds using levers. My mum thought she was at Alexandra Hospital initially too. However, never judge a book by its cover. The staff there always smiles at the residents, asking them how they are. I was also always kept in the loop about my mum, especially when she contracted shingles. The last nursing home my mum went to was 2 years ago. That place looks rather new but when my mum returned, she was immobile, despite the fact that I paid for physio and I was daily visiting her.
The staff are rude and behave like hooligans, no compassion or empathy for residents, not caring or attentive to their needs and food is lousy. From the Admission/Finance lady, Security Guards to the Nurses and Attendants, (except for a few), most are very bad attitude & service, really unexpected of a "private" nursing home like them. Charge private rates but provides sub-standard service level and so many beds (up to 13) cramped in a small room. Please don't send your parents/grandparents there, if not suffer only!
Inadequately trained staffs with very poor communications amongst. Giving wrong information to family members
Very efficient and highly recommended 🙏

Pacific Healthcare Nursing Home has not published a specific hourly or package rate on its listing. In the Singapore market, home elder care typically ranges from S$20–35 per hour for visit-based caregivers, with live-in arrangements priced as a monthly package covering the caregiver's salary, agency fee, and any insurance or levy obligations. Additional costs to confirm include public holiday surcharges, transport, and whether clinical nursing tasks (wound care, medication administration) attract a higher rate than personal care or companionship. Request an itemised written quote before signing any care agreement. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →
Pacific Healthcare Nursing Home is listed under elderly caregivers with islandwide coverage, but the specific service model — whether visit-based hourly care or live-in arrangements — has not been confirmed in the listing data. In practice, many eldercare providers in Singapore offer both, with visit-based care suited to elders with moderate independence and live-in care reserved for higher-dependency situations. When enquiring, clarify the minimum hours per visit, how scheduling works for recurring bookings, and whether the same caregiver is assigned consistently. A trial period of two to four weeks before a longer-term arrangement is committed to is reasonable to request and helps both parties assess compatibility. Confirm the scope in writing, including what happens if the assigned caregiver is unavailable due to illness or leave.
No regulatory licences are currently listed for Pacific Healthcare Nursing Home on KakiList. For eldercare providers in Singapore, AIC (Agency for Integrated Care) registration is relevant for home care services, and MOH registration applies where clinical nursing is involved. Families should ask directly whether the caregivers hold nursing certifications, WSQ healthcare support qualifications, or dementia care training if relevant to the elder's condition. Insurance is an equally important point to verify — confirm whether the provider carries coverage for caregiver injury on the job and for any incidents involving the client during a care session. If the arrangement involves a foreign caregiver, clarify the employment structure and associated obligations. Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
If Pacific Healthcare Nursing Home isn't the right fit, these are other elderly caregivers providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
