My child has been training with Pacific Swim Team under Coach Hao Tian, and the experience has been truly wonderful. Coach Hao Tian is incredibly patient, encouraging, and attentive to each child’s progress. He takes the time to guide them step by step, making sure they understand the techniques while building their confidence in the water. What I appreciate most is how he creates a positive and supportive learning environment. He motivates the children with encouragement and celebrates their improvements, no matter how small. This has helped my child feel more comfortable in the pool and genuinely look forward to every lesson. Coach Hao Tian is also very observant and provides helpful feedback to improve swimming technique, while still keeping the lessons fun and engaging. It is clear that he cares about the development of every swimmer and wants them to succeed. We are very grateful to have such a dedicated and passionate coach. YJ started swimming at 6 and was already diagnosed with ASD. The school was fully aware of his needs, yet they were open to having him join the group class. That meant a lot to us. Coach Hong Jian consistently made the effort to engage him despite his speech delay, thoughtfully scaffolding skills and supporting him in a group setting. When we later moved to 1-to-1 lessons with Pacific, Coach Hong Jian quickly offered to take YJ, which made us feel truly welcomed. He is not just a coach but also like a friend to YJ — incredibly patient, encouraging, and always making lessons fun while being mindful of his sensory needs. Although progress is gradual due to his gross motor challenges and short attention span, Coach Hong Jian has built his confidence tremendously, especially his courage to jump into the deep pool without goggles. We are deeply grateful for Coach Hong Jian’s dedication and the school’s inclusive and collaborative approach. It truly makes a difference.

Both of my kids (aged 9 and 10) have been learning at Pacific Swimming for the past 4 months, and we’ve had a very positive experience so far. They are now able to swim without floats. What we really appreciate: 1) Flexible scheduling – There are multiple time slots available, making it easy to arrange replacement lessons when needed. 2) User-friendly website – Easy to navigate and manage class information. 3) Strong safety standards – At least 4 coaches are always present in the pool, which gives us great peace of mind. 4) Great coaches – My kids consistently say that the swimming coaches are kind, friendly, and encouraging.
