Patients visiting a GP clinic typically walk in or call ahead to book a same-day appointment. At your first visit, the doctor will take a medical history, assess your presenting condition, and arrange any necessary investigations such as blood work or a urine test. Prescriptions are dispensed on-site at most GP clinics. If your condition falls under the Chronic Disease Management Programme — covering hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, asthma, and several other listed conditions — your MediSave 500 or 700 withdrawal limit may apply to outpatient costs. For conditions requiring specialist input, the clinic can issue a referral letter to a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic, which reduces your consultation cost substantially as a Singapore Citizen or PR. Contact the clinic by phone, WhatsApp, or online form to confirm appointment availability and current consultation fees before attending.
To get started, contact Paddington Medical Clinic Tampines directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm consultation hours, walk-in availability, and whether your specific condition or chronic disease management needs can be handled on-site.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
We had a great experience at this clinic treating my son’s skin rashes. Dr Lee is very knowledgeable and reassuring. He even took out a skin model to clearly show and explain what was happening with my son’s condition, which really helped us understand and feel at ease. After applying the medication for just three days, the affected area improved significantly. We truly appreciate the care and patience shown, and would highly recommend this clinic to any parents looking for reliable and compassionate treatment. It really gave us peace of mind.
Had a great experience at the clinic with Dr Lee. I visited for recurring bouts of stomach pains and suspected food poisoning. The doctor was very thorough in the diagnosis and took time to explain the condition clearly. I also appreciate the follow ups and genuine care to make sure I recovered well, especially over CNY period when the clinic was closed. Overall a very reassuring experience and felt very well cared for. Staff / recep are also very nice and friendly. Highly recommend!
First time visitor and doctor was very honest and thorough in his advice and treatment plan. The environment was very comfortable and nurses were friendly and warm to constantly check on me during my treatment. i made an appointment and queue system was very straight forward and no long wait times to see Dr Lee. Price is also reasonable with clear breakdown of what was administered and given.
1st time come here, Dr Lee was very friendly & joyful..very bright energetic person, not the typical serious behaviour kind of dr..i came to his clinic cos i'm very worried, my bby made sound like phlegm/grunting sound while breastfeeding(bby 9+mths). he diagnose my babygirl easily without doubt, gave nasal spray (i have illiadin at home so i use both together) & anti-biotics for bby to eat 1 week..came back for follow up (after 5days) my bby improve alot, but 100% healed..need to continue the medicine for 2 more days.. ty for prescribing the best medicine for my bby & treat us very well :)
Paddington has exceeded my expectations setting the standard in very high regard. I made an appointment for a very difficult men’s health concern. In 20 over years of clinical visits, I have never had a genuinely positive experience that came close to my visits here. The nurses and the staff here were tender and very attentive. Dr Lee Joon Loong is by far the best doctor you’ll ever run into in Singapore, radiates such a positive energy on every visit. It felt like I was meeting up with a close friend and because of this the weight of my concerns seemed to get so much lighter. I had to go through surgery. everything pre and post surgical op was just pleasant considering my outrageous amount of anxiety pre op he really took care of me and got me through what would’ve felt like an unpleasant experience for most first timers and turned it into a really pleasant one. My heart goes out to him and his team. I am truly grateful for the experience and for his expertise. I highly recommend Paddington for all your healthcare needs. god bless him and the team for providing such a meaningful service. I will here on out always put Paddington as my priority visit for all my clinical needs and evaluations. THANK YOU!!

GP consultation fees at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60, with follow-up visits at the lower end of that band. On top of the consultation, you may be billed separately for investigations (blood panel S$60–200, urine test S$15–40, X-ray S$80–150), prescriptions, and any procedures performed during the visit. GST applies on private medical services. Paddington Medical Clinic Tampines is listed at the mid-range ($$) tier on a per-visit basis, but the clinic has not published a specific fee schedule here. Contact the clinic directly to confirm current consultation rates and whether your visit qualifies for CHAS subsidies (for eligible Singapore Citizens and PRs with a CHAS card) or Chronic Disease Management Programme MediSave withdrawal. Every legitimate clinic in Singapore holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act, verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg — search by name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. Paddington Medical Clinic Tampines has not listed its MOH licence or the named doctor's SMC registration in its current directory entry. Before attending, we recommend confirming the clinic's MOH licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration directly with the clinic. This is standard due diligence for any private medical provider in Singapore. The clinic is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person, but the regulatory licence details were not provided at the time of listing. Verify the doctor's name on the SMC register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient stays and some day-surgery procedures, but outpatient GP visits are usually self-pay unless your plan includes an outpatient rider. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient treatments under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient conditions and S$700 per year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, asthma, COPD, stroke, and several other listed chronic conditions at accredited GP clinics. If you hold a CHAS card (Community Health Assist Scheme), you may be entitled to subsidised GP consultation and medication costs at CHAS-enrolled clinics — confirm with the clinic whether it participates in the scheme. For any referral to a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic, a GP referral letter from an accredited GP can reduce your SOC consultation to S$30–80 as a Singapore Citizen or PR, compared with S$120–250 for a direct walk-in to a private specialist. Contact the clinic directly to confirm which MediSave and CHAS schemes it is enrolled in before your visit, so you can plan your out-of-pocket costs accordingly.
