Very disappointing after sale service. I had engaged Patrick because of good prior experience and got him to repaint the house interior and exterior. Leading up to the actual paint job, everything was smooth. As per the contract T&Cs, repainting and touch ups to amend painting peeling, bubbling issues are included (this is especially crucial for outdoors), when I contacted him initially, he had promised to send someone down for the touch up but after a month, I still didn’t hear from him. After many attempts to reach out to him, he’s now ghosted me entirely. Pls consider wisely esp if you need a responsible painter for your exterior/outdoors, I feel compelled to share my poor experience here so others will not just be swayed by the 4.8 rating.
